The customer service Alex provided was outstanding. The loaner provided was clean and brand new and Nate was very attentive to my concerns. Although I thought the ordering and repair itself took a bit lon loaner provided was clean and brand new and Nate was very attentive to my concerns. Super Duty - Super Dealer I needed a new Ford Super Duty. Basically I knew what I wanted, and just need to find a dealer that I was comfortable doing business with. DePaula had I needed a new Ford Super Duty. Basically I knew what I wanted, and just need to find a dealer that I was comfortable doing business with. DePaula had a truck that suited my needs and Jayson and Dalton made sure that it was truly what I wanted/needed, explaining the truck's features and capabilities. Their no-pressure promotion of the truck allowed me to ask questions and fully understand what I was getting. I was very comfortable with the truck and dealing with them.
