Even during a global pandemic and social unrest, Jay Yudzevich (Sales Manager) exceeded all expectations and provided me with a phenomenal experience. Let me just say, I rarely write reviews because I am not easily impressed, but the service Jay provided has to be shared. First and foremost, Jay’s authentic personality and positive energy is unmatched. When working with Jay, I honestly felt as if I was talking to a trusted friend. He listened to my concerns and hesitations, answered my countless questions (I asked a lot of questions), provided me with insight regarding my options, and most importantly, took his time when working with me. I didn’t not feel rushed or dismissed. I felt valued, heard, and appreciated. Jay ensured I was comfortable and understood the process thoroughly (from searching for car, finances, services and so forth). He explained and reexplained information to me, and did so with a smile on his face. His communication skills are well-developed and he before I finalized everything, be made sure I fully understood what was happening. I have heard horror stories about car dealers and their manipulating techniques, but Jay put all of those to rest for me. It was truly a pleasure to work with him for my first car purchase. The salesman, Qasim, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the lease process and he made it very convenient for our time schedule. This was my first time Ford purchase in the last 15 years in the US. I have had purchased cars from used and new car dealerships in the past, however, never have I felt compelled to write a review for one of in the US. For the Depaula dealership, on the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised by the kind and level of customer service. You see, I went there to purchase a vehicle like any time in my past and expected the sales rep(s) to be nice and kind in the beginning, however, after the deal was done, I was expecting a "regular" behavior. Not only the salesperson, Trevor, was very kind and professional before the deal, but he also kept the same demeanor after the deal was done. Further, when my brand new vehicle got some backup camera issues (not Depaula's fault), which was pretty frustrating, the dealership and Trevor went out of their ways to help me out and get it fixed. I am positive that if I ever buy a Ford again, I am only buying it from them! More

This is probably the first time we got a car where we felt little need to haggle and walked away feeling we got an extremely fair price. Returning for first service visit we discovered it was free. Service was also a great experience - we even got a video of the technician checking things out. Only cost was a very reasonable charge for repairing a slow leak in one tire. Could not recommend more strongly. More
