Sad, I had to sell my new XC60 B6 2022 within 3 months the coolant light was a problem 3 times for this car- Customer service sucks @ this place. Mary was the only concerned person there. Even my salesman Gary wasn't interested once the cash sale was complete. I didn't hear from him until my car was towed in,which Mary had to inform him. Then Christian never filed paperwork to get my refunds for the warranties on the car (at least help me with something) after 6 weeks-NOTHING. I have to file the paperwork again which will take another 6-8 weeks. This place and customer service is not the place you want to spend your hard earned money. There are other Volvo dealerships out there. More
Worked with new salesman,Mike,who found the car we needed and followed up with with my questions in a timely manner. At delivery his mentor Joe helped me understand many of the new technologal advances tha and followed up with with my questions in a timely manner. I went to your new car inventory site, selected a car I wanted to look at, contacted the dealership via your "chat" app and asked the chat expert "Maurice" if the vehicle is still in stock, to which he replied that it was still available. I then drove 45 minutes up and 45 minutes back to look at the car. Upon arrival at 10:30, I'm greeted by the lone salesman in a very empty showroom, who then proceeds to tell me that the car that they advertised for sale is actually still being used as a demo, and it really isn't for sale! xxx!!! He then shows me another "fully loaded" demo on the showroom floor which is considerably more expensive. Typical bait and switch. Run, don't walk to another Volvo dealer, which is exactly what I did. More
Charles Nelson provided excellent customer service. He took time to explain minute details of the car. The manager at this location came out to meet us and expressed his gratitude. This dealership has been amazing. We arrived at closing time on a Wednesday evening after seeing an xc40 with all the features and colors that we wanted on the website. Even though we could have paid a token down payment to hold the car and return to complete the paperwork, everyone at the dealership from the salesman, Gary, the sales manager, Dee, the used car appraiser for our trade and the finance department worked together to get the deal done so I could drive out with my new car. We appreciated this so much since we live more than an hour from the dealership. After the paperwork was complete and the dealership was closed and almost all employees were gone, Gary continued his stellar service by patiently explaining all the features of the car, the Volvo app and the pairing of my phone. He even took care of something the next day on his day off concerning an item left in our trade-in!! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and the Demontrond warranty for life is an added bonus and peace of mind that our car will be reliable and safe for many years to come. More

I thought that the Dewayne (5 stars) was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to us as potential car buyers. He gave us enough room to inspect the inventory and the car that we ultimately selected. knowledgeable and responsive to us as potential car buyers. In other words, there was a refreshing absence of high pressure tactics. I believe he went out of his way to make the experience a positive one for us. The experience with the Finance Dept was unfortunately, not as positive. The person assigned to my account did not appear to be interested in obtaining the lowest prevailing interest rate commensurate with my credit rating from the start but used the strategy of offering to have me buy down the dealership rate with additional purchases of assorted and unwanted warranty policies. There was also a $1,000 error discovered in the contract and further, I was not provided with copies of the sales agreements. Not an entirely positive experience in Finance. The number of stars selected for the dealership were based solely upon Dewayne and excludes finance which if added, would have brought the number down. More
If you want to go to a dealer that treats their customers like dirt, you have found your spot! Specifically, Dewayne "The best deal in Town" Wade is the definition of a sleazy car salesman. When Dewayne thought the deal was not going his way he texted me I am scheming, a liar, giving broken, misinformation, misleading tactics, and more. When I emailed all the text messages to the his manager, Demetrious "D" Johnson I was told D's manager would call me back. I still have not received this call and tried again today, four days later, with no luck. I did reach Demetrious Johnson today and he hung up on me mid-sentence. I called him back and it went to voicemail. I then emailed him asking why he hung up but no reply. He did call me back 15 minutes later and said he did not realize I was talking. I still am in shock how Dewayne Wade texted me with no care. Obviously this is not new to him being no managers even cared that he sent these messages. I have not dealt with anyone other than these two at the dealership. Maybe everyone else at DeMontrond is great, but beware of the unprofessional, used car salesman mentality, and bullying tactics by the Baton Rouge native. Maybe they treat people this way where you are from Dewayne Wade, but NOT in Texas!!!! More
