I’ve already reviewed this place once and deleted it because I was fooled by the service manager Ryan that they would take care my vehicle. I brought my car to this place about 5 times since October and no one could tell me why my check engine light was on - Ryan treated me like I was an idiot and my fiancé on multiple occasions because he has NO IDEA what he is talking about, my car tag is now expired thanks to no one being able to figure out what was wrong and then they GUESS what’s wrong with it and ask me for $1400..their case manager Karen also couldn’t care at all to help me with anything, she’s just as useless as the dealership itself. This place is garbage, the people in here are stupid so please don’t bring your car here. They will screw it up, charge you, leave fries in your car, let your tag expire and play the guessing game with your car for months just to say “I guess this is what’s wrong.” They rob people, they laugh at women, and they lie. So, don’t bring your Volkswagen here. Update: general manager Gerald was supposed to contact me two weeks ago - I had to email him and now he won’t reply probably because he’s too afraid too.
