The car is great. John Parkinson was great. We have actually purchased two cars now from him. Demontrond is great. However…the finance department in the other John Parkinson was great. However…the finance department in the other building is a huge pain and caused us to consider heading down the road to another dealer. The finance manager for Volkswagen was excellent - I wish he had started the process with us from the beginning. But the finance manager for Demontrond dodge and jeep was awful. I’m not even sure why we had to deal with him since we were purchasing our second VW from this dealership!? The finance manager at Dodge never returned calls. Never let us know what was going on (with our outside financing) He Kept asking for paperwork that we had already provided. He caused friction with our credit union. This rating would easily be a five star rating if we could remove all of the negative experiences we had with the Dodge finance department! More
