We bought three vehicles from this dealership and nothing but headache with them! Staff has changed 15 times last 3 years, all three of us, me my sister and my brother, have experienced horrible service wit but headache with them! I have 2022 VW Taos. There service department was rude and mis-leading. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told I had 4 courtesy oil services. This should have been the 3rd, but they insisted on charging me for it because I was 2K over milage. The reason I was 2K over milage is because they couldn't get me in on an oil change earlier and I had to get the car serviced at an oil change place by my house. I told them when I brought it in it was for the "free" courtesy service, they never mentioned that I would be charged until I picked it up. I feel they should have called and informed that it wouldn't free before they performed the service. I will be going to Cypress VW from now on who are very professional and have great customer service. More
Worst VW service department I have ever experienced. Why? (1) They are rude when you walk-in, exude a bad attitude and cold shoulder, and seemingly don't even want to speak to anyone (2) Once your car Why? (1) They are rude when you walk-in, exude a bad attitude and cold shoulder, and seemingly don't even want to speak to anyone (2) Once your car is in their shop, they don't contact you to let you know that work has been finished. It is also very difficult to reach anything other than their answering service for multiple dealerships or an answering machine and voice mails if you call. (3) They pick and choose whether or not they will honor the manufacturer's warranty. (I had a "mechanical key" fob stop working for no apparent reason and they charged me to re-program it. My warranty document didn't list any kind of exclusion for this type of service). Seems like VW North America would be intolerant of this position/behavior or else, the manufacturers warranty is made worthless by the whims of any given dealership.(4) I had to schedule an appoint in-person only to schedule a second subsequent appointment for diagnostic testing, requiring me to bring the car in twice. (5) They charge a 1.5% fee if you pay for the work with a credit card versus debit card or cash. The service department at this dealership is rogue and seemingly exudes contempt for customers. I will be following up with VW North America about my experience and won't be returning to this dealership for service or sales. More

The Demontrond Volkswagon service department located at 14101 North Fwy. is THE WORST I've EVER seen. I've purchased two vehicles from them in the last four years. Each time I have taken my vehicles to be 14101 North Fwy. is THE WORST I've EVER seen. I've purchased two vehicles from them in the last four years. Each time I have taken my vehicles to be serviced, I could never follow up to check on the status of the vehicle and speak with an actual person other than the RUDE receptionists who refuses to offer their names. Each time I have to actually have someone to take me up there just to check on the status. Their normal excuse is that "we are busy." As I wait for the one or two people who are working the service desk to assist me, the phones are normally ringing off the hook and THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES! This is definitely the straw that breaks the camel's back for me! I will not purchase another vehicle from Demontrond! More

Very poor. Brought in daughters 2010 Beetle for check engine light and oil leak, the first of January. Took care of engine light and after 800 dollars of flushes told my wife needs a new vacuum pump to r engine light and oil leak, the first of January. Took care of engine light and after 800 dollars of flushes told my wife needs a new vacuum pump to repair oil leak. Almost March and the part to fix is on back order. Time to get part seems excessive. Charged money for a lot of preventive maintenance that could have waited, meanwhile necessary maintenance still not completed and daughter at college with no car the last two months. More

Buying a used car check engine light and low tire lights came on in parking lot ,brought it back and they kept it 3 days ,picket it up with low tire light still on and engine lite came back on 10 minutes l came on in parking lot ,brought it back and they kept it 3 days ,picket it up with low tire light still on and engine lite came back on 10 minutes later,. Now I have to take it back again had car a week and drove it 1 day .kc said he would fix it but they havent!, they had it 4 days before they let me take it. Wondering if they are even doing anything to fix my family's new to us car! More
