Hello and thank you for the response... We have been put on the situation to cancel all the Gap and Extended warranty (Monday will do the the other two vehicles)because staff is always new and super unprofessional!! All our vehicles are bought new here therefore till now, we had no need to have interaction with service department! First time one year ago, rear view mirror simply fell off the windshield and car stayed there for 6 weeks! This time (second), we brought the car for some water inside, after 10days of not responding (called and left voicemail many many times)we got someone that told us that they had no idea that car was there (guy that received our car, quit!!!)...yesterday I went and got my car, they did not fix it because someone on service department said that we are going to pick it up on Monday(without me knowing)... We went, got the car and cancelled all the things that we could cancel!! If I could, I would return all of my cars... Sorry for this, but place is more like Hood dealer than German dealer...absolutely unexceptional!!
