I have a 2002 Mazada and recently had a couple problems with my car. The drivers side window would not roll up and I had a small oil leak. From the minute I drove my car into the service driveway until t with my car. The drivers side window would not roll up and I had a small oil leak. From the minute I drove my car into the service driveway until the time I picked it up, my service was exceptional. They called me regularly to let me know what problems they had found and we discussed what needed to be done to fix the problems. Because of my exceptional service, I decided to have a complete tune up while my car was there. I trust these people. They were honest and did the work in a timely fashion. I hate spending money on car repairs, but this dealership made it less painful. Thank you Clear Lake Mazda! More
I have had problems with this dealership in the past but have to go there because I live so close. They are really a different place than what I remember. I recently had to take my car in for serevral issues due to milage and general maintenance, and could not have asked for a better experience than the one I recieved at Mazda of Clear Lake. The staff was very informative and explained all of my issues on a level that was easy for me to understand, and left me with a great sense of security that the information I was given was HONEST and ACCURATE. My car was serviced for several days in a row, during which time they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge to me. They called me when the work was done and even walked me to my car and went over the work they had done with me when I picked up my vehicle! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone but especially those who are hesitant on getting work done on your vehicle for fear that you are not going to get an honest answer and quality service!
