Scheduled an oil change, multipoint check, and transmission flush. Communication was TERRIBLE. I had to call Stephen several times. My car SUPPOSEDLY had an oil change... but there's currently no washer fluid (which is typically filled/topped during oil change) and there is no new sticker for the next oil change due date. Tire pressure is all over the place, so that was clearly NOT checked either. Was anything actually done?? How would I know? We will NEVER bring our vehicle here again. More
