He answered all of our questions with being pushy for us to buy from him. He even allowed us to take the car we were looking at home overnight to make sure it is what we wanted. He helped us get my daughter personalized plates right in his office. We ended up buying the Ford Fusion Sport and Woody helped us get everything done and out the door in about half an hour. His personality was great and he cared about what we were saying. Again, the one of the biggest things is that he wasn't pushy, he let us go at our pace. We didn't have time to get it detailed that day so he told us to make an appointment with them and they would detail if for free when we had time. Great experience after a great deal of looking and dealing with pushy sales people. The car was priced to sell which is another thing we didn't find elsewhere. More

Sent photos and info on the trade in to Doug. I heard back from him shortly thereafter. Asked if we could, close the deal yet that afternoon. Doug and Woody were able to make it happen. Traveled from south central Wisconsin to the DeLong dealership. I was pleasantly surprised. I have bought cars via the Internet advertising before. This went extremely well.
