2014 F-150 We were looking for a new truck for my wife. After looking in our immediate area and not finding anything we liked I started looking online. I found the truck we eventually bought online at Delong Ford's site. I sent an email inquiring about it and Doug Scribner answered back very promptly. We exchanged several emails before I called him to set up a visit to see the truck. It's a little over 2 hours from our home so I wanted to be sure it was something we were comfortable making the trip to see. Doug was helpful, knowledgeable and upfront in answering my questions. I drove up the next day to look at the truck and Doug again was helpful and extremely courteous during my visit and the test drive. I came away feeling very comfortable and confident about the experience. We really liked the truck and a day later made an offer and settled on price. We drove up the next day and bought the truck. Doug and Woody made us feel at home and overall it was a very good experience for us. When we get ready to purchase out next vehicle I will most definitely contact Doug first.
