Your dealership already knows there is a problem and just doesn't care. It should have been taken care when was in for service! The problem has been roughly described and an email was sent your top dog with a copy sent to customer care at GMC with full details!!! NOW YOU CARE?

The car had new tires, it would be hard to miss a bent rim during the installation. At this point, I have already spent $4000 to get the car in working order of which $1400 was expected. Your dealership inspection had checked everything off as good, yet a water pump/thermostat had a leak. I expect the additional money would not be part of the refund.
