What Others Say

They lie about the conditions of their vehicles. I bought a truck from them with them knowing that it had a faulty lifter that they did not disclose to me. The salesman told me that I could pay a $600 diagnostic fee for them to tell me what was wrong with it and then I would be on the hook for the repairs which would be over $10,000 if I had gone through them. $5,500 out of my own pocket later and they refused to do anything to help me out or stand behind what they sold me. Absolute xxxxxxxx that work there. Avoid them at all costs

Chuck Gasso has be nothing less than exceptional during the process of the purchase of the 2001 Chevy Corvette. When I wanted additional information or additional pictures, he promptly provided them. John in finance was helpful in answering questions about sales taxes because I was shipping the car to Hawaii. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from the dealership.

As usual Tony was a huge help to us with our purchase of our Blazer. Also, Mike in finance was great.

Their service department always goes the extra mile and their sales team is great. They work on ZERO commissions, so you know you are always getting a fair deal. I would recommend buying a car from them to everyone. It was a great experience.

Had an oil leak on a low mileage 2021 Terrain and brought it in for warranty service. After getting it back still had oil leaking from all over under the hood. Complained to Brian member of Admin. that they should have cleaned it up and looked for the leak and thought some parts should have been replaced under warranty, he said must have been a communication problem, he shook my hand and said he would order them. Parts come in, I go to get them, and I am told I have to pay for them! Had many cars, over the years, serviced there and only had a satisfactory result twice. A few times I get our vehicle back and if smelled like someone had smoked Dope in it! I guess, Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and getting the same result!!!!

If you are looking to buy a quality used car - then avoid this place!! Was very interested in a white 2013 F150 with about 79k miles that they had on the lot for well over a month. They told me it had a 172 point inspection done and they put $3600 into the truck in repairs (only $1500 of that was parts) I asked for the inspection so I knew I would be getting a quality vehicle and they stated they don't document the inspection anywhere, so they cannot provide me anything. They offer a 5 day money back guarantee or 30 day "exchange", which doesn't help make sure the vehicle is actually sound... They could only provide me a list of repairs they claimed they already made, with a total parts and total labor cost. Nothing broken down. I wanted to ensure I was spending $17981 on a quality truck, so arranged to test drive it and take it to a mechanic. The moment the test drive began, it was apparent something was going on when it was in drive. The mechanics thoughts were maybe the drivetrain but hard to tell without trying to actually diagnose it - but the rest of the truck seemed solid. When we brought it back to the dealership, we brought it up to the sales guy Chuck, who then had his manager and service check it out as something was indeed off. After the service department looked at it, they informed us it was the leaf springs rubbing.... but because it wasn't an immediate safety issue they would not be repairing it. They informed us that each leaf spring runs just under $600 and then 5ish+ hours of labor... so the truck would need almost $2000 in repairs. I mentioned I won't want the truck with that much in repairs needed, but like the truck and Chuck immediately snapped saying well if I don't buy it the guy coming to look at it at 4:30pm will AND they are raising the price now up to $18981 if I say no. Definitely an unnecessary tone, and I feel like I was trying to be conned into buying the vehicle without them disclosing this costly known issue... and then being pressured to take it as is. My dad tried to negotiate, but Chuck said absolutely not, the other people will take it, and its $1k more expensive in price now too. So writing this as a warning that their inspections are done poorly and they are knowingly trying to deceive people. While I really wanted this truck, more importantly I want to buy a truck from an honest dealership first and foremost so I receive a quality used vehicle. This is not that place. BEWARE.
