The folks at the dealership were very helpful and forthcoming about the vehicle, it's history, etc. They provided the Carfax report as well. We were in and out in under 1 hour and back on the road forthcoming about the vehicle, it's history, etc. They provided the Carfax report as well. Fallow up they lack of respect for the potential buyer. They gave me no other options . More

I just went to look and check it out - so many look great in the online photos but lose their appeal in person. This truck was even better in person. Frank greeted me pleasantly, we discussed the truck, i took it for a drive and we negotiated a fair deal. They delivered it to my house the next day! I consider that exemplary service even after the sale! Frank was personable and professional. One of my best car buying experiences!! Not something i normally enjoy. More
BUYER BEWARE. This dealership sells used lemons. Vehicle had check engine light on. They said they fixed the malfunctions and leaks so I purchased the car. However, malfunction lights came on again a Vehicle had check engine light on. They said they fixed the malfunctions and leaks so I purchased the car. However, malfunction lights came on again after about 200 miles. I attempted to call dealership to discuss issue but they refused to call back so I took the car to a certified mechanic. I was told car needs a catalytic convertor, leaks oil and transmission fluids. The cost of these repairs are extensive. The independent mechanic said Dax's Deals put a new O2 sensor on the vehicle just so that the vehicle would pass inspection despite the car needing a catalytic convertor. This explains why the check engine light went off for a brief period. BUYER BEWARE. If you consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership get it inspected by a certified mechanic and do not rely on what anyone from the dealership tells you. Do extensive homework on the vehicle before you purchase it. OR, better yet, just go down the road to a better dealership. More
Poor first impression, lack of follow up. Unimpressed. I found two vehicles of interest through my bank's car search service which were located at this dealership. I was reached by somebody named Andy via text message. When I asked about any special financing for less than perfect credit, he blew me off by referring me to their website application. I hardly see this dealership worth my time if that is how they treat customers. At least all the others have the decency to call or leave messages and act like they want my business. More

Bought Two Cars.same day.one visit. Bentley and RangeRover Dax and AJ treated me fairly, and did not waste my time. The cars I bought were both upscale luxury cars with good records.
