I went to the dealership with my mind set on a price and a particular model with certain accesories. The people their went out of their way to find what I wanted . Brought my car in for the 10000 mile service at 8:00. Everything was completed and ready for me to drive away in less than an hour. The only part of the service I had to pay for was to have nitrogen add Everything was completed and ready for me to drive away in less than an hour. The only part of the service I had to pay for was to have nitrogen added to my tires. Miss Levy explained to me the benefits of having the nitrogen added, but did not pressure me to have it done. The courteous and professional service personnel are part of the reason I bought another Toyota instead of going to Ford or Dodge. My wait time is less at this dealership than at some of the other dealerships in Orangeburg. This last visit was a good example. More

Even though I had a wait time of almost 3 hours for service to be completed, the time went quickly and was not stressful. The coffee was appreciated. I was kept uptodate as to what had to be done and service to be completed, the time went quickly and was not stressful. The coffee was appreciated. I was kept uptodate as to what had to be done and what the cost would be. I was able to decline any items I did not want at this time. I was somewhat floored by the cost of this servicing even though I could see by the indicators that certain service needed to be done for my 2004 Toyota. I wish that there was a BIG discount for seniors of 80 and over like me. Other than the cost, I was pleased with the fine customer service and as far as I can tell with the servicing of the car. More
It is always a pleaseure being served by the Toyota Service department. They are always trying to make sure the customer is satisfied and they spend quality time making sure everything is okay with the Service department. Overall experience was good. I brought car in because of warning light with tire pressure. After car was checked I was advise there was a nail in my tire and the tire was unable to be repaired. The cost o warning light with tire pressure. After car was checked I was advise there was a nail in my tire and the tire was unable to be repaired. The cost of a new tire was $210 (which I found to be outrageous). The service personnel (cannot remember the young lady name) advised me the spare tire could be put on. I was able to take the other tire with the nail in it and have it repaired. More
When I arrived at one desk, a gentleman was busy and indicated unpleasantly he would be with me later. A young lady appeared at the other cubicle and quite pleasantly served. I asked her how long my wait would be and she replied an hour. After a few minutes, she approached me in the waiting area and demonstrated the oil, etc., levels and suggested a service that was not due. I declined it and the young lady assented understandably. Before an hour had elapsed, the young lady returned, checked me out, and bade farewell pleasantly. I enjoyed agreeable service, except for the gentleman who was otherwise engaged, and hopefully efficient service. More
