My husband and I enjoyed the shopping experience at this dealership. We lost the keys to our locked vehicle while we were test driving cars. I had a wonderful experience, especially with the salesman Tommy Love. He quickly greeted me on the lot and then had the 3 cars I wanted drive ready. He was always courteous, professional, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He gave me a great price on the Camry my first day. He asked what he needed to do sell the car and what my time frame was. He followed up the beginning of the week and I met with him again the next. When I arrived, he had the Camry out, cleaned and ready for me to drive. I also drove the Prius again. While on the test drive, my trade was valued. When we returned, we sat and he presented me with trade in value and the previous price of the Camry he had given me. I asked for a little lower, he immediately asked if he could do that, would I buy it that day. I said yes. Deal done. Financing a little disappointing as 2013s were 0%. Would have liked this new 2012 to have been. Otherwise, the rest of the process was great as well. I love my new car and actually getting higher gas mileage than expected!! More
The dealership has always provided excellent service. The technicians picked up my car from my work place and returned it after service was completed. The workers are all friendly and the service is great. I bought my Toyota there in May of 2008. Morris Rhodes was the salesman who helped me to choose my car, although i knew what I wanted. MANAGEMENT CHANGE NEEDED.I HAVE PURCHASED APPROX 7 VEHICLES FROM THEM IN THE PAST 23 YEARS.ALL WERE GREAT HILL FAST IN THE LAST IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.
