The service department was very courteous and helpful. I told them my head lights flickered real bad at night and everything I read, said the pcm needed to be flashed or updated. Considering this was very Dangerous at night it would be repaired under warranty. I was charged $105.00 for my pcm to be updated and another $15.75 for shop supplies. Not for sure what shop supplies are used for one computer talking to another. Every where I have read about this problem, customer's were charged from free up to $30. Guess I was just lucky. Needless to say, as long as I don't need an autherized dealer to work on my car, I'll just do it myself or stick to my local small town mechanic. More

Quick, Easy, and Excellent Experience! I just leased a new 2019 Mazda3 from Davis-Moore, and it was hands down the easiest purchase I have ever made! My sales person was Ryan Schauf. He was I just leased a new 2019 Mazda3 from Davis-Moore, and it was hands down the easiest purchase I have ever made! My sales person was Ryan Schauf. He was friendly and responsive when I asked about the availability of the car I was looking at online, and when I came to look at it, the vehicle was clean, warmed up, and ready for a test drive. He drove first to really show off some features of the vehicle I had no idea were even there, and then he directed me on a preset route (although he was willing to let me pick some of the streets I wanted to test as well). He was extremely professional and I never once felt rushed or pushed into buying anything. When it came time to talk price, I spoke with Ryan, but also the sales manager Chris Meek. Both of them really went above and beyond to get me a great deal! They immediately gave me an excellent price, and I appreciated that there was little need to go back and forth to get a good price. Chris was fantastic! When I was ready to move to finance, they were busy! I had to wait a short time before going in, but their waiting area is loaded with TVs, snacks, drinks, and even classic arcade machines that were set to free play to keep me occupied! I've never seen that before! I put in some time trying to beat the high score on Donkey Kong while I waited, and that passed the time quickly. This will be very nice when I come back for service as well! When it came time to meet with the finance manager, I worked with Dominic Feld. He was quick, efficient, and amazing to work with! Like most people, I'm usually I'm on edge when it comes to the financing side of buying, but my experience with Dom was calm and relaxed. He really made me feel at ease. Dom respectfully offered some products that he thought would compliment my new vehicle, and I made sure to take advantage of a few of them like the Wheel and Tire protection (especially with how much construction we have. I've lost too many tires to nails and screws the past few years!). But what I really liked was that he never pushed me into anything I wasn't interested in. Similar to when we discussed the price of the car, if I declined a service, there was none of the back and forth for hours like many other place I have bought before, and I was in and out of the finance office within 10 or 15 minutes. Lightning fast compared to some of my past experiences! In fact, the whole experience was quick, as from the time I arrived for a test drive to driving away with my new car, I was only there for a little over an hour and a half! It was the fastest buying experience I've ever had, and I have to say it's because of their professionalism and efficiently. Finally, when I was finished with financing, Ryan had gotten the car cleaned up and ready for me to drive away. He had even already moved the plate from my trade in over to my new one! Before I left, he went over a few more features to make sure I knew what everything did and how to properly operate my new car, and even helped me move some of my things over from the car I traded in. Davis-Moore Mazda, you were amazing, and really made my purchase feel special. Thank you to everyone for making my car buying experience easy, quick, and honestly enjoyable! When it came time to purchase my next vehicle I called them up. I spoke with Chris first and he was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me and was very personable. We scheduled an appointment but due to circumstances I met with Rich at the dealership. Rich was rude and made it seem like it was a bother to work with us. He made me well aware that this was his day off and he was only there because they asked him to help us. The experience was off putting and was not at all like my previous experiences with Davis Moore. Very disappointing interaction. More

I have been a long time Wichita resident who has pu Just wanting to leave this review to warn others who plan to buy a vehicle from Davis Moore Mazda. I have been a long time Wichita resident who has purchased many vehicles in my 40 years from a few dealerships in town. About 3 weeks ago now, the experience I had was so bad I had to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau which will probably be covered up only because the truth is very hard to bear. I had made a deal on a vehicle and thought it was locked in stone. low and behold I go into speak with Ian Murdick and explained to him that I was putting money down so the final price would be a lot lower that what Roger Moreno and I had agreed on. So Ian leaves the office to go talk with Chris Meek and Devin Archibalb. When Ian comes back into the office he mentions that Chris and Devin really want me to have a this warranty to cover any repairs that may occur with the vehicle. I told him no, that I was not interested. For those reading this review please pay attention when you are in this dealership because they will try to get you to buy a warranty that just might happen to be the same amount of money you put down (They might con you and say were are giving it to you at cost or I am will to pay $200 toward it out of my own pocket, but don't fall for this). Long story short, I had to explain to Ian and Roger what the money I wanted to put down and the amount I should have financed. Both of them even acknowledged what I wanted to finance out the door. So at this point Roger leaves the office, Ian is still trying to push this warranty that I didn't want on me, so he leaves to tell Chris and Devin. Ian comes back and prints out my Finance paperwork only to show it over by the amount I was going to put down. I pointed this out to Ian and even told him how could he get it wrong, he's a Finance guy right, well they played the dumb card and said well this is what we thought you meant. When I questioned him on him and Roger Moreno acknowledging what my intention and final out the door price I wanted to finance, their true integrity not only as people but as a representation of Davis Moore came through. Because of my Better Business Review, I received a call from a guy named Joe and told him about the experience. He told me we want to make it right and we will sell you the vehicle at the price you wanted with your money down. Simple right, but the trust was already lost and did not want them doing anything to the vehicle if I would have said yes to purchase it. All I wanted was for them to fix my Credit Score which I have taken pride in keeping it where it was over 800+. They ran my credit through a couple of banks which dropped my Credit Score 40 points. Again all i wanted them to do was fix this and reverse the transactions on my credit that they ran. Pretty simple in my opinion. Well guess what they told me, after inconveniencing and lying to me, they wanted me to do all the leg work in finding the transactions send them to them in writing with the exact instructions of what i wanted them to do. After all this they, yes Davis Moore Mazda wanted me to do all the leg work for them so they can fix what they shouldn't have ran in the first place until we had a final deal. I am a 21 year Veteran and this was the poorest class of salesmanship and lack of integrity that I have witnessed firsthand. So to all my Veterans in the local Wichita and surrounding areas please steer clear from this Dealership. I do not need nor want any other Veterans to deal with the lack of integrity or what I dealt with here at the Davis Moore dealership in Wichita. More

Buying a car is usually a nightmarish idea to me because of how many bad salesman I have encountered over the years. Right away I felt super comfortable and at ease. It was a relief. Jackson took care of me towards the tale end of the deal and I couldn’t have been happier there either. It was such a quick and painless process. I will be back to this dealership should another need arise, and if so, I will be asking Grant or Jackson. More
