The finance office goes through their normal hustle, but it's a relatively soft sell and they treat you with respect and are friendly even when you turn down the offers. The service center does very good work overall, but service lane personnel don't seem go out of their way to be particularly friendly and welcoming, though they can be when you engage them and are actually nice people. While having my oil changed early this week I told the technician that I had a small oil leak and asked them to please find the problem. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it.
