Chris Meek was outstanding a true professional who made my husband and I feel very confident that he could make things happen for us with a vehicle that we were a tad bit upside down in he gave us a very fair trade in which made our negotiation process absolutely effortless! I told him my goal in payment and he did what he could to meet it he LISTENED!!!! All of the staff including Jackson, Ian and Moner were very informative, courteous and provided a very relax and professional environment that really made our experience special! A great experience with kind and knowledgeable staff! When I first came in to Davis Moore Mazda, I was cross shopping several vehicles on the crossover segment. Jackson came out and asked me what I was lo When I first came in to Davis Moore Mazda, I was cross shopping several vehicles on the crossover segment. Jackson came out and asked me what I was looking for and I explained to him what I was doing. He was very understanding but was never pushy about buying a Mazda. He let me test drive one of the CX-5s but never tried to pressure me into a specific purchasing decision. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and when he did not know something he was honest and told me he would find that information for me, and then did. I had to think about the purchase for a couple more weeks but the CX-5 is an amazing vehicle and you cannot beat a dealership that treats you like family. After my decision was made, the entire purchasing process was painless and everyone, including Moner in finance, did everything they could to facilitate the experience and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend considering this dealership if you are in the market for any of the vehicles they sell. More
