I had an excellent experience with Davis-Moore Mazda staff and i enjoyed my visit there. Jason took me around to view the many varieties and colors of Mazdas, as I was set on purchasing a CX-5; not sur staff and i enjoyed my visit there. While waiting on a family member to come out to look at my prospective purchase, past lunch time for me; I was offered lunch and that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The closing process did not take as long from Davis Moore, as I have heard from other dealerships. I purchased my Silver Mazda CX-5 and I love it! More
I first would like to say that I have no experience with the sales team, just the service center. I had purchased my 2011 Mazda Speed 3 from a private seller. After purchasing the vehicle I was in an acci the sales team, just the service center. I had purchased my 2011 Mazda Speed 3 from a private seller. After purchasing the vehicle I was in an accident involving the front end. I brought my car to this dealer, because it is a Mazda Speed dealer they are the only ones, or so I was told, that can work on Mazda Speed 3's. The transmission in the vehicle was running very poorly, not going into gear properly, grinding and hard shifts. The dealer looked at the car for a couple days, told me it was a synchronization issue with the tire sizes and changed the transmission fluid. The insurance at this point paid for everything. A month after this the transmission is back to doing the exact same things. I called the insurance company, they told me to get with Mazda since they had already cleared it. When I called Davis-Moore I spoke with Glen. I was met with a huge attitude and was told "I will not look at your car". I spoke with the general manager of Davis-Moore, whose name escapes me right now, he was very pleasant to deal with and asked if he could get with Glen then call me back. About 10-15 minutes later, he did call me back to tell me what he had found out. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe not. I was willing to give it the benefit of a doubt. After finding out that they needed to look at it again to possibly do a transmission rebuild/replace, they then told me I would be paying for it. The car was in a wreck, they looked at it previously. Insurance will not cover it because of this, which I understand. Davis-Moore Mazda's position was that they would not stand behind their work. The car was still under warranty as well, and they said that would not cover it either. When I asked them why they would not stand behind their work or even warranty it, I got nothing but attitude. Their sales team was very pleasant to deal with when I was there the first time looking around for a new vehicle for my wife but needless to say I will not be going back. More
Got into contact with Laurie before buying my car- she's the internet lady at Davis Moore- and she got me all the information I needed. My initial impression of David was that he was very cordial, was there to answer any questions I had and would make suggestions in a great salesman-to-customer way without being "pushy"! (THANK YOU!) David had a great friendliness about him and he did whatever was needed to help with any questions or information. If he did not know the answer, he would immediately retrieve it and was right back with me. He was never distracted during our discussion as some car salespeople can be (personal experience - I do not appreciate a salesperson being distracted by another potential client because they may seem more serious about buying!). We discussed the type of car I was looking for without really knowing for sure what it was I was looking for. I told him I would come back the next day so we could look at the different lots. When we did meet up again, he said we could drive the 2005 Lincoln to the other lots to look. I test drove a number of cars. To make a long story short, I ended up buying the Lincoln we were driving! David and I had a discussion about why we were driving the Lincoln and it seemed that he knew it might be what I was looking for. David explained to me that my description of the car I was looking for seemed to match the Lincoln! Great intuition and sales sense David. Thank you so much! I hope all your customers have the same or similar enjoyable experience I did. When I am ready to buy my next car, I will be there looking for David. Great job, thoroughly professional and made this transaction very easy and pleasurable with his personal touch. Thanks again! One last thing, The reason for a couple of the good ratings instead of all great were small mistakes made by the financing/business department which caused me to have to come back and redo some paperwork. This was not David's department and really, it was a very minor inconvenience. All the people I spoke and worked with were great!!! Thank you David White and Davis Moore! More

David was very friendly and helpful when I came in to look for a vehicle. I was not sure exactly what type of vehicle was looking for when I first arrived but David was accommodating and showed me severa look for a vehicle. I ended up buying a 2012 Mazda 6 at a really great price and am still satisfied with the vehicle. I've recommended several friends to stop in and see David when they were looking for a great car buying experience. More
The people at Davis Moore Mazda are great, very welcoming and not pushy. I am so glad I got to work with Justin Condreay, awesome person, very friendly and funny. What else can I say! I had an awesome experience buying my car here the first time and that's why I came back for my second vehicle. Originally when we went shopping for a new car, we weren't sure of what car to buy. We visited a number of dealerships but when we visited the Mazdza Davis-Moore dealership we ran into David Wise and weren't sure of what car to buy. We visited a number of dealerships but when we visited the Mazdza Davis-Moore dealership we ran into David Wise and immediately felt comfortable dealing with him. He showed us a number of cars that we decided not to buy but with his patience and not pushing us to buy just any car we narrowed our search to a Mazda. We eventually selected a Mazda grand touring model that has turned out to be the perfect car for my wife. Most likely we would not have purchased the car except for the knowledge, patience, and friendlness of David White, the very best salesman that we encountered in Wichita. Wichita is the closest Mazda dealership from where we live when we googled it, but worth the drive from Ponca City to test drive the Mazda CX-5. I have done extensive research about this vechicle since the 2013 model came out. Hubby is a Mazda driver too and has nothing but good reviews about its reputation and the product durability. At first, we hit a few bumps during the negotiating process but in the end I purchased the 2014 model of my color of choice. I still have yet to test drive the AWD next Winter but so far I am really happy with the purchase! Special mention goes to Gaylord, Laurie and Moner for being so nice & friendly which made our experience even better. More
