I had an intermittent problem, nothing serious. The service advisor took all the info and asked pertinent questions to pinpoint the problem as much as they could. On the way over to the dealership, The service advisor took all the info and asked pertinent questions to pinpoint the problem as much as they could. On the way over to the dealership, it didn't act up once. The tech took the time and checked everything and hooked computers to it. They asked if they could drive the truck and see if they could find the problem, absolutely. It never acted up once. I thought they did absolutely everything they could have to get it to act up and I am very pleased. More
