Davis Gainesville Chevrolet GMC

My 2022 GMC truck died in the street while visiting Gainesville. Called a tow truck under my roadside assistance plan and they took me to Davis Gainesville GMC service dept. I obviously did not have an appointment, just showed up, and Rachel explained everything, they would get to my truck that night or the next morning, that I had an open recall they would take care of at the same time and it would be no charge as it was part of the 'powertrain' warranty. Sure enough, next day I got a text at EXACTLY the time she told me it should be ready. Complimentary bottled water, coffee and light snacks in the waiting room. Excellent service. More

Been buying and servicing vehicles there for several years. Wouldn't be doing it if you weren't treating us well. Getting tired and annoyed by 3,4,5 surveys after every visit.
