I could not warn people enough from staying away from this service department. I got my car serviced 3 months ago and drove enough miles to need it serviced again. Somehow in 3 months my wheel bearing go this service department. I got my car serviced 3 months ago and drove enough miles to need it serviced again. Somehow in 3 months my wheel bearing got so bad that it needed to be replaced. I dropped it off and then received a long TEXT telling me that it turned out my axle was damaged from third party work from 3 YEARS AGO and just now, in the last 3 months, it somehow became noticeable. In this text they told me my car was in pieces on the lift and it would be $1000 so I really didn't have a choice but to pay them to fix it. The kicker to round out the entire situation is that I was supposed to drive to MY WEDDING the next morning in North Georgia. Tyson was so unhelpful in trying to help me figure out how to get a vehicle on short notice. He kept saying "sorry it's just terrible timing." He didn't try to come up with any ideas to help me and all he could say is "there's nothing I can do." I find it hard to believe that they couldn't have helped me pay for my rental car or not have a loaner vehicle since it was their oversight. When I asked how it's possible that they didn't notice my wheel bearing issue 3 months prior, all Tyson and the mechanic could say was "Isn't that interesting I don't know." I've also never spent less than $300 on my car every time I go. I feel cheated and taken advantage of in a time when I needed help. I will never return for any service or maintenance and I will tell everyone I know that has a Mazda to do the same. More

The purchase of the new Mazda CX-30 was very convenient for us. Our salesman was very professional and very knowledgeable about the car... Salesman Bobby Holcy was the best at his job.... The only bad experience we had was dealing with the finance Manager Christopher Sauerbrun. His only interest was to sell us a warranty contract.... After we refused his attitude changed.. now all he wanted was to get us out of his office.... We went from feeling like wa e were special customers to white trash......... And then he never explained the sales contract nor did he care about us.... All he wanted was for us to keep signing with out explanation... And we ask for a print copy of the contract.. And he said we get a flash drive with it all on it... We were very disappointed. We also requested a paper tide. And a basic copy of the sales contract which we haven't yet got. With this experience we had I Just wonder. If you're paying in cash why in the xxxx do you need to see a finance person in the first place?? More

Before purchasing my new vehicle, I confirmed that Davis would be able to perform any necessary warranty service on the GMC vehicle, as I did not want to take it anywhere else. More

Took my Traverse for routine service. Excellent service like usual. I had both Sharon and Carla as service advisors. They knew their stuff and took excellent care from start to finish. When I arrived and entered the door 2-3 people greeted me. The service lady walked with me what I needed done to my car. She walked with me to the waiting room. Offered coffee and water.
