I had an 8:30 appt w/ Carla to have oil change & tire rotation. Also to check out my tempeture gauge that was not moving one day & then the next day was moving. I emailed her my extended warranty around 9:00 a.m. If I was going to have to pay a lot out of pocket that I would take it to where I bought my blazer. I told her regardless I need my oil change/tire rotation. I left her a vm as well at 9:00 telling her I had emailed her and for her to call me back. At 12noon I called, Carla answered & she said ok I just assumed you where taking your car to the other dealership. No I wanted her to tell me if they were going to charge me at Davis Chevy & if they were that I would take it to Garber Auto. I don't believe she did any research at all. My oil change & tire rotation never got done. She said it would be ready around 3 or 4. Even tho I had an appt. I got a ride to Davis Chevy, Car not ready still. Asked to sit in waiting area. About 10 mins later. Carla comes around and says, that the Temperature gaurge problem is covered under the "factory" warranty. Huh? Why was not not determined at 8:30 in the morning? I had to leave my car overnight. Oil change & tire rotation never got done. My gauge was not replaced & was asked if I wanted to take my care home and bring back in the morning. I have to call someone to come and get me now to get a ride home. I left my car & was called at 7:09 the following day by Carla that my car was ready. I was not happy at all. My time is as precious as any one elses. Carla had told me that even tho I had an appointment, that is was kinda of like a doctor's office. You sit and wait. I did not have time to wait. I would have waited over 10 hours. 8-4:30. Then everything it miraculously done between 4:30 and probably 6pm? There was a gentleman in the waiting room had a 2:30 appt for a oil change and transmission flush. He left before I did and I had a 8:30 a.m. appt. I dropped it off at 8:00. a.m. Not sure I am going back to you again., Very bad customer service and no communication at all with me. More

Dealer could not be bothered to call when work was done. We called them and they said it had been done for two days. We immediately went and picked up our blazer. Could have had some fun and gone to the dealership and ask them for our blazer and watch them go on a hunt for it. Poorly managed service department. More
