Service was good and advisor did a good job in explaining the issue. I was in sticker shock over the cost. When service was performed the cost for that was almost $500 for approx 2 hours on service. This was my first time getting my new car serviced. at Davis Mazda. The dealership was prompt meeting me and taking my car back to begin servicing it. The whole process was done in an hour. Poor experience with Sales department and mediocre experience with Service department. Sales would not accept the same reasonable offer I secured with Stingray Chevy, so I drove an hour and a half awa experience with Service department. Additionally, the Service department has not followed up with me after stating that they would when repairs were not rendered successfully. Double strike out. More
