I had my 2021 Trailblazer towed to Davis Gainesville Automotive for service on May 22, 2025. I informed that my car went Into reduced power while driving. After performing a diagnostic, they informed m Automotive for service on May 22, 2025. I informed that my car went Into reduced power while driving. After performing a diagnostic, they informed me that it was my throttle actuator. They told me the part was going to cost me 179. So, on May 28th they called and told me my car was fixed and everything was fine. They charged me 446.32. I payed them the Money and left. Within 20 minutes, my Car was still getting reduced power messages and shaking as I was driving. I had to turn around and take it back to the shop. The next day, they told me I had to pay 414.00 to have it fixed. We'll I called the manager informed him about the situation, and he informed that I didn't have to pay because they didn't fix my car .All the did was clean the throttle and put back in my car instead replacing it with a new one. They are a bunch of crooks. I'm still going to make a complaint with the cheverlot headquarters in Detroit. More

I have never had a good experience at this service center. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation that resulted in the alignment being off. Rather than telling me the alignment was off and center. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation that resulted in the alignment being off. Rather than telling me the alignment was off and explaining how much it would be to fix it, they said everything was great and let me go on my way. When I called back a few days later after noticing the alignment was off, they said it would be over $100 for an alignment service. More
