The service dept did not update me on my vehicle since it would be 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before they received the part to my truck. They had my vehicle for 5 days. So I went and leased a vehicle for 6 days not would be 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before they received the part to my truck. They had my vehicle for 5 days. So I went and leased a vehicle for 6 days not knowing how much longer it would be before the part came in. 30 minutes after leasing the rental car, I get a call from Davis service dept saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. It has been repaired. It would have been nice to get an update on my vehicle when the part came in, so I wouldn't have spent $75 for that one hour on the rental car. More
