Our discussions of pricing, vehicle trade value, and 'out the door' numbers were the smoothest I have ever experienced. All parties understood one another and I never felt like I was having to play a game to get a fair deal for both parties. After closing the first deal in what I can say was most likely record time, we started a second deal on a different vehicle and it went just as smoothly.
