Corporate Intervention Necessary I received a recall on my 2016 Dodge Dart for a transmission cable. I called Davis dealership service department to schedule the repair. They told m I received a recall on my 2016 Dodge Dart for a transmission cable. I called Davis dealership service department to schedule the repair. They told me parts weren't available yet but I would receive another notice when they became available. The cable failed in my car before the new parts became available. I took my car to the service department and was told I would have to pay for them to put a known defective part in my car. Then after the recall part was replaced, I would have to petition Dodge Corporate for reimbursement for the repair. They wouldn't entertain the idea that the repair should be at no cost to me. I called Dodge Corporate Recall Customer Service, got a case number, and corporate made the call to have Davis replace the defective part at no cost to me. It is a shame that I had to get Dodge Corporate involved to force Davis to take the ethical and moral repair action at no cost to me. They were extremely friendly and courteous after the Corporate intervention. More

The best car buying experience ever! Even though I live in Jacksonville and have several local dealerships nearby, we traveled over an hour to Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Even though I live in Jacksonville and have several local dealerships nearby, we traveled over an hour to Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Yulee. I was looking for a very specific Jeep, they had 4 on the lot and after having a couple of conversations with Ryan Cramer we decided to make the trip. We told Ryan the vehicles we had an interest in, what we were looking for in a trade-in and how much we were looking to pay. Ryan pretty much closed the deal even before I test drove the Jeep...there was no haggling, no surprises (except good ones), no pressure and no regrets. The only decision I had to make was which one to pick...Ryan met us at the door with a smile and had my vehicles ready and waiting (with the AC on. OK...so this was the first clue that this was no ordinary salesman). I test drove the Jeeps and Ryan showed me all the ins and outs...including some great ideas on what he has done on his personal Jeep. When the time came, within an hour we had the paperwork done and the contract signed. I handed him the keys to my Ford Explorer and he handed me the keys to my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. This was the BEST car buying experience ever. When I say they are worth the trip and they have a customer for life...I truly mean it! Ryan is friendly, straight forward and so knowledgeable. I felt like he was giving me exactly what I was looking for and just made the whole process so easy. The dealership itself is clean, comfortable and well-stocked with beautiful vehicles. Well done!
