Pretty standard dealership service experience. The downside is that it always feels half-way done. Had tires rotated but always have to ask for it. Also, the amenities in the waiting lounge are pretty basic. Jeep pitches itself as an upscale-offroad brand but the dealerships in the North Florida area are pretty bare ones and basic. As for service, they're overall bare ones and basic and just don't meet the expected standard. More

Got an email offer on a Jeep, drove an hour, then when I'm there they tell me they want $5000 more than the original email. They lied told me the key fob didn’t take a battery. And with my brain injury I didn’t know because cars are always changing. Then they charged me 300.00 for the key and program then the fob didn’t work th with my brain injury I didn’t know because cars are always changing. It was not my doors, it was not the old key fob (which took a battery) it was the module for the keys. So please don’t use this company they lie and just want to screw you out of money for Unnecessary repairs and then act like you have no reason to get upset. Liars!!!! More
