Everyone was friendly, understanding, efficient, and kind. I was on time for my appointment. Bull Franklin Jr. (my car) was taken to be serviced immediately upon check-in. The attendants and service personnel I was on time for my appointment. Bull Franklin Jr. (my car) was taken to be serviced immediately upon check-in. She not only got my car in, but also got it diagnosed and fixed (parts had to be ordered) under warranty in a little over 1 day. Shay and the service team did a great job. Later Rob explained that most of these discounts “did not apply to us”. He spoke to the manager and we received the discount. Once the paperwork was signed we received the keys to our new truck. Although our truck appeared to be rinsed off, the outside was not clean. When I drove out onto the highway, I could not see through the windshield. Between the glare of the sun and the dirty windshield, it was impossible to see clearly. I stopped and used the wipers to rinse of “some” of the dirt. We are happy with our new truck. Impressed with the Uconnect service. Rob explained the Uconnect app. and the new features on the 2019 version. Overall our experience was not bad and their service department is excellent. We had some additional equipment installed on our new truck. The service staff were very nice and the waiting room is excellent as well. We are very happy with our new truck. They do need to clean up their internet site to make sure their customers are aware that the Davis discount does not apply to everyone. More
