I scheduled an oil change and fog light (just needed a new bulb put in) replacement for 730am. I was the first car there. I was not even asked about the bulb until 840 am if I wanted it and they had just new bulb put in) replacement for 730am. I was the first car there. At this point I had to say no to a 77$ bulb because I had already been there over an hour for an oil change and was going to be late to work and making my daughter late for day care. They did not finish my car with just an oil change until 920am and two other vehicles had come and gone before me. The ladies at the service desk could not have been nicer so kudos to them but we won’t be bringing our three ford vehicles back to this dealership. This is not the first time we’ve had poor service.
