One person in Service Department was very rude. Needs to go back for a refresher course on how to speak and treat customers. THIS was only one person others very nice and professional. Looking into a new Dealership for purchase. And maintaining a new vehicle. Had been a Ford Customer forever and my children followed suit but I am now looking at Chevrolet Dealerships. More

Every year after that there is always something wrong with the vehicle. The vehicle is practically new with only 16,000 miles on it. Last year it was you need a new cabin air filter. Then the antifreeze was only good for 0 degrees. So a new filter I got and a radiator flush also. For my free inspection (got an oil change too) and that it cost me almost $300! This year I take it in for my free inspection and oil change and they tell me my brake fluid is too acidic! The price of the new brake fluid flush? $169.99! I told them to leave it alone. Yesterday while leaving walmart and putting my cart away, I noticed something hanging down under my vehicle. I got under there and noticed that my cover to the oil pan i'm guessing is hanging down and not screwed back in! They forgot to tighten that back on. There was also no decal for the next oil change. They also left a rag in the door of the passenger side of my vehicle. Here's the thing: I used to get my old explorer serviced at Goodyear. When I left Goodyear, I felt safe. Like the job was done and no worries. I was actually going to go back to Goodyear this year after what happened at Davidsons last year. But, I decided to give them another chance. I can honestly tell you I will not go back for service there next year. I feel like when I walk in there for an inspection and oil change I am on pins and needles and cringe at what they are gonna tell me this time. Now, I should have made a stink last year about the cabin air filter and radiator flush as I bought the vehicle there! I was trusting them that when I bought it from them that would have all been checked and made right. i obviously was wrong. I will be taking it back tomorrow and they can put the cover back on the oil pan. I was gonna have a neighbor do it but I figured they need to know how their mechanics are doing. I did take a picture of it. I am not impressed with their service department. More

My service was not adequately explained to me with especially having to pay a credit card surcharge which was a new policy. I also was told one thing would happen after I asked and it did not. I also especially having to pay a credit card surcharge which was a new policy. I also was told one thing would happen after I asked and it did not. I also was told that I needed some $150 brake pin maintenance which should be done every so often. I had never heard of this nor had any family members. I had it done but I do not know if I was taken advantage of as I see no change in the brakes which have always been terrible on this 2023 car. have not been satisfied with my service for the last couple of times. I would have to drive further away to go to a different dealer so that makes any future service a greater hassle. More
