Hello Sandy. Thank you for providing feedback on your airbag recall visit. Unfortunately sometimes completing those airbag recalls, do make other issues known, such as your wiring harness. The wiring harness is indeed connected to your airbag by a few wires. Our general manager Jeremy is happy to speak with you and review the work on your vehicle. What a joke. This wasn't recently and I talked to I don't know how many people including whomever was the service manager and Ford themselves. As far as I'm concerned if I didn't go in for this recall my airbag light would not be on. Your service center played with it and obviously didn't catch it WHILE you had everything apart.Then you wanted me to pay over $300 to rip ot back apart? I had to take time off from work, get a ride to drop it off and pick it up and you wanted me to do that all over again and pay for your mistake? I spent countless hours on the phone with Ford back and forth. You got your money from Ford quickly. It reminds me of shops that I've heard about that do work, fiddle with something so you'll be back in. Like I said you will get this review every year until I die and will never touch my car again. God knows what you'd do to it then. But thanks for your ridiculous reply hopefully no one will be fooled.
