I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Davidson Ford. Timeline of Events: 10:58 AM: I inquired about a specific vehicle to confirm its availability and the advertised price. Meg from the internet sales team reassured me that the vehicle was available and there were no hidden catches. 12:10 PM: I called to confirm the vehicle was still available and spoke with Ashley. She confirmed it was and assured me that the car would be prepped for a test drive as I was half an hour away. 12:25 PM: I received a text from Ashley, instructing me to ask for Matt in sales when I arrived, as he would have the vehicle ready. 12:38 PM: I walked through the door and was greeted by Matt, who immediately informed me that the vehicle I was interested in had just been sold. He then tried to sell me other vehicles, none of which were close to the advertised price. This entire experience was a monumental waste of my time. Davidson Ford's deceptive practices and lack of transparency have lost them a customer for life. I will never recommend them or step foot in their dealership again. More
