It was very busy when I pulled in. I was informed it would be a couple of hours and if I wanted a ride somewhere, I chose to hang out there. When my car was done Ed apologized for how long it took, even though he had already warned me. Everyone was so nice. He was honest with me about what my problem was on my car and gave me my options. I then went to Fermin to see my options of buying a car, who was also very helpful. He was very patient with me and understood I wasn’t expecting to have to make that type of decision and didn’t pressure or rush me. I would definitely recommend their service department and sales reps to service/buy a car! More

Always have to wait at least 3-5 hours, regardless what my scheduled service is. No coupons for anything. Service technicians aren't checking everything under the hood anymore to let me know if there's any my scheduled service is. No coupons for anything. Service (and prices) used to be a LOT better a few years ago but have been getting worse every year. Am starting to look around for another auto service place to start taking my car. More
