No one smiled at me but my dealer. I got no warm welcoming feeling after spending 28000 on my 4Runner and trading in our car we've had for 6 years. The sale was hasty and left me with many questions. Marc did remedy some of my concerns and stayed in contact woth me through the whole process. I just couldn't be sure everything was factual. Like the brakes, I was told that the brakes were replaced but after I got the 4Runner my brakes were squeaking so I took em to service and they replaced the back brakes and told me they wernt new. I also had a question about why the service wasn't showing on the Carfax I requested. All in all I'm so happy that I have my 4Runner, I am just not looking forward to coming back into the dealership unless it's for merch. More

1.Unhappy with finance department; extended warranty verbal purchase price was different from what was on purchase sheet; quoted $2000 for 100000 extended warranty but purchase sheet shows $2987. 2. We verbal purchase price was different from what was on purchase sheet; quoted $2000 for 100000 extended warranty but purchase sheet shows $2987. 2. We were advised that Rockledge Security system was included in price of vehicle but there is a charge of $359 on purchase sheet. Also no documentation, information or explanation how system works. 3. No disclosure on specifics of the documentary and administrative fees if $499, which is on the higher end of reported fees found on similar vehicle. More

I get it this is business but I think they should have been straight up with me in saying look we can't give you that number of what you asking for in the trade in value. I was promised $35,000 for my tru been straight up with me in saying look we can't give you that number of what you asking for in the trade in value. I was promised $35,000 for my truck and ended up only getting $30,000 on paper I have a witness that was with me that day and we both sow when the deal started they were going to give me $33,000 but once I was signing I told them hey let me think about it and they decided to give me $2000 more so I said yes. I’m not mad but this really makes me reconsider buy from this location again. More
