Totally frustrated and dissatisfied with this dealership. Vehicle went in on May 18 because a light in the instrument area remained on after the vehicle was turned off causing the battery to die. I was told it would take a few weeks to repair as they were backed up. I received a call on June 2 that vehicle was fixed. Upon arriving I looked in the window and saw that the same light that was causing the problem was still ON. I walked backed into dealership and showed them that the light was still on and their repair did not resolve the issue. A few days later they called and said the alternator was bad and they replaced it BUT they said the light was still on and the battery still draining. They billed me $1846.48 for the repairs to date. I told them I wanted it fixed correctly so they kept the vehicle a few more weeks and claimed that some electronic gadget ( tipple or tippett ) was bad and the part on order. It is now August 7 and the part has not arrived and I have received no phone updates from them for weeks . The dealership is blaming their parts supplier . I have no more patience for this dealership. This dealership obviously cannot properly diagnose a problem, they do not check their work to make sure that the repair was done properly prior to telling the customer that the vehicle is repaired, and they must not have a good relationship with their parts supplier as it has been months since they supposedly ordered the part. I will not do business with this dealership again.....my only satisfaction is that they lost a new vehicle sale as I recently went to another dealership and purchased my wife a NEW CAR. More
