Great experience. Easy negotations. Got a 100K warranty (bumper to bumper) on my CRV. I love my car! I bought a used car and my last car experience was so drawn out. It took forever to buy my last car. Bu (bumper to bumper) on my CRV. I love my car! I bought a used car and my last car experience was so drawn out. It took forever to buy my last car. But this was great. I narrowed my search. Went home to think about it. And returned to buy the car in less than 2 hours! Thanks David McDavid! More
This is my 3rd Honda or Acura lease (1 MDX 2011, 1 MDX 2007 and 1 Civic 2011). I have never felt that I have been tricked by Sales or Finance from Honda Financing except this time. I had spoken at length 2007 and 1 Civic 2011). I have never felt that I have been tricked by Sales or Finance from Honda Financing except this time. I had spoken at length with JP(Sales manager at McDavid of Frisco). His prompt calling me back proved that you do care about customer service but it was little too late. He did offer perks to make me happy but I thought that I will not sell my feelings for these perks and Honda and your dealership should hear what has happened. 1- Repeatedly for a week I had negotiatied with Stephan Voluk that I will pay 0 down and 35 payments of 199 per month. I even confirmed that before I left my house. Well your tricky sales specialist/manager came out with 0 down and 36 payments and story of loosing money on the car. I still felt that I am getting a good deal after waisting an hour drive during a work day and took the deal. 2- Remoteless Key entry is I think where I was tricked by your team. Steven brought Valet key (which obviously did not have the remote key). I am not a savy car person and did not realize that the 2011 car would not have remote to unlock. Steven on our test drive mentioned twice that you would use your remote to get in and lock. Only after the sale is done, papers were signed he came out with two set of keys obviously without the remote. I showed my frustration but what can be done. He said Oh I forgot as well that this does not have the remote (Seriously, a sales person not knowing is a shame on product knowledge). JP tried to offer me installation if possible but it turned out that it is not possible. He offered me Mats and environemtal protection to get a good survey but as I said I plan to not sell my feelings for 100 dollar perks. Thanks More
I sent in an internet request for information on the CR-Z and within 5 minutes Aaron called me. I told him my wife and I would be there in about 30 minutes and were interested in either the blue or the black and within 5 minutes Aaron called me. I told him my wife and I would be there in about 30 minutes and were interested in either the blue or the black, and maybe the Nav option. When we arrived, he had already pulled up to the front two CR-Z's: a blue with Nav and a black without... so we could experience the both. My purpose for finally choosing to purchase was my car being trashed in a recent hail storm. To help work the deal, Rob - finance director - was involved and even texted and talked with me over the phone well into the evening to help make the deal come together. Customer Service is a lost art in today's marketplace... McDavid is working diligently to keep it alive. More
I had the best car buying experience I've ever had with Mark Ladd. He knew I only had about 2.5 hours to buy the car and he got the job done with 5 minutes to spare. The Honda Accord was washed and the gas Mark Ladd. He knew I only had about 2.5 hours to buy the car and he got the job done with 5 minutes to spare. The Honda Accord was washed and the gas tank was full. I couldn't believe he did it in that amount of time. The negotiations were great as well. Rob Tharp was also great to work with. After checking with two other dealers that were closer to where we live, (one of the dealers which we have bought our last two Honda accords) but did not have the car in stock that I wanted (color, manual tr where we live, (one of the dealers which we have bought our last two Honda accords) but did not have the car in stock that I wanted (color, manual transmission) and after being contacted by e-mail and phone by what seemed to be a nice young gentleman and turned out to actually be true and not the pushy type, but very helpful, we turned what was a rainy day into a satisfying business transaction with a dealer we have not done any business with in the past. Things started off bad when the fleet manager assured me on the phone that they had every color car in stock - and then didn't have the color we wanted once we got there 2 hrs. later. AAA sent me to this de on the phone that they had every color car in stock - and then didn't have the color we wanted once we got there 2 hrs. later. AAA sent me to this dealer. I use AAA to avoid playing games with car dealerships -and was disappointed with this dealership after they tried pulling a dog & pony show on us on regarding the financing, then "somehow" managed to get us the lower interest rate we were initially promised when we said we were leaving. Once we chose our car, we were held hostage while tried selling us expensive add-ons we didn't need or want. Like others have commented here, the more times we said, "No" the lower the price went. They kept handing us over to different employees. Extremely annoying. It took us 3 hours to get out of there! Post purchase they called me so many times wanting to know if I was satisfied that I finally had to tell the lady to STOP calling or emailing me! On a positive note, the employees are extremely friendly and they do have a large selection of cars. More
David McDavid Honda, and particularly the specific staff members I dealt with (Pooya Tadjally, Jeremiah Brown, and Sam Saidzadeh), was head and shoulders above other dealerships with whom I have done busine members I dealt with (Pooya Tadjally, Jeremiah Brown, and Sam Saidzadeh), was head and shoulders above other dealerships with whom I have done business. I was also impressed with the general friendliness of the receptionist at the front desk, and other sales people who chatted with me during my two or three visits to finalize my selection. More
Joe Nagy is super friendly, very accommodating. He is also an automobile salesman, and he was out to make a sale. The car we were interested in was, of course, all of a sudden very popular. Someone was also an automobile salesman, and he was out to make a sale. The car we were interested in was, of course, all of a sudden very popular. Someone was flying in from another state to take a look at it. The manager had allowed a customer to take it home while the customer's car was in the repair shop. Every time we visited a dealer, the car we were checking out was being looked at by a number of other people. Front-end shimmy never was completely fixed. I know the problem is a tire, and a new tire will fix it. I just haven't sprung for a new tire yet. The finance guy was the pushiest. We were paying cash for the car, so his role in the process was minimal, but he was leaning on me pretty hard to buy an extended warranty. The more times I said "No," the lower the price went. If you go to this dealer, stiff-arm them on their first four or five extended warranty offers. More
