We were in a terrible bind witout transportation, and Rusty answered our internet inquiry with a phone call within a few minutes. When we had to rearrange our schedule to buy our car within 24 hours, Ru Rusty answered our internet inquiry with a phone call within a few minutes. When we had to rearrange our schedule to buy our car within 24 hours, Rusty cleared his schedule to accomodate us, made us welcome and answered every question we had about buying a car. Sam walked us through the financing paperwork with ease and was most cordial and amiable. We love our new 2012 Accord, the ride it gives, its fuel economy and the compllments we receive from people who see it. We think we made a good choice in an automobile, and we know we made a good choice in dealerships. Can't foresee any reason we won't be customers for life! More

One other area I was displeased is that Honda requires you purchase cross bars to complete a roof rack that should have been included with the side rails that was standard. We enjoyed our experience purchasing a new Odyssey from this dealership. Aaron was fantastic to work with, and his sales manager J.P. was also very professional. Very nice facility, I like the no hassle dealing. Very friendly staff. Overall best new car-buying experience to date. This is the fifth Honda that I have bought and first one from David McDavid Honda of Frisco. Over a two day period, I negotiated the purchase via email and the fifth Honda that I have bought and first one from David McDavid Honda of Frisco. Over a two day period, I negotiated the purchase via email and the phone after making making an initial internet query on their website. Once everything was agreed upon, I went to the dealership, test drove the car, and bought it. I was out the door in less than three hours. There were no surprises. I interacted with about six folks and all were professional, courteous, and helpful. I routinely bring my other car which is also a Honda for preventive maintenance to David McDavid Honda of Frisco Service Department. They are equally focussed on professionalism, courtesy and customer service. We agree on the repair, price, and how long it will take...and then they do it. Again, no surprises. More
I believe in first impression is the best impression. And my impression is bad due to couple of reasons, 1) Initial time for service was told as 1hr 30min, but it they took 3hrs. 2) The Service personnel d my impression is bad due to couple of reasons, 1) Initial time for service was told as 1hr 30min, but it they took 3hrs. 2) The Service personnel did not even bother to explain for the delay nor did not let me know that it would get delay than anticipated. 3) Thirdly I see a discrimination, I have been waiting for 3hours and see people coming after me, leaving early with their services done. I would never go back again. More
