This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this Honda Dealer and sales person. I told James Rutelonis that I enjoyed my car purchasing experience so much the 1st time that I would be back to see him a Dealer and sales person. I told James Rutelonis that I enjoyed my car purchasing experience so much the 1st time that I would be back to see him again when I was in the market for another vehicle. James has always been right up front with all the negotiations, seeing to it that you get the vehicle that you want and at the best price possible I always do my homework online before contacting any dealership so that I have some idea of what a vehicle is typically being sold for in my area. Both times Jim's offer was always less than the average retail price. No hidden charges that show up later like at other dealerships that promise you a low and attractive price only to find out later about all the hidden cost; taxes, title, etc., etc. When Jim quotes you a purchase price it is the bottom line, drive out price, and not some dealership luring tactic that is used by most dealers to get you into their front door. There is no hard pressure sales on any level here. You will get what you are looking for and at a fair price. As long as I continue driving Honda's I will purchase them from David McDavid, Frisco and hopefully James Rutelonis. More
Incredible. They didn't know me from Adam when I walked in the door, but they treated me as though they had known me for years. I arranged ahead of time to come in on Jan 31, a crazy day, and Lexx, though in the door, but they treated me as though they had known me for years. I arranged ahead of time to come in on Jan 31, a crazy day, and Lexx, though he had other customers to deal with, gave us his full attention. No hesitation, no argument, no excuses, just outright dedication to getting the deal done. Made us feel like we were the only customer's there, though every table was full. When it came time to talk money, Lexx didn't argue, but got the right people to work the deal, and in 15-20 minutes, we agreed on a fair price on my trade and the new car. Everyone was professional and respectful. Good sense of humor, ready with a handshake and a smile, well trained and well prepared. Exceptional. Thanks to everyone, no matter what their role, for making this trade the best experience we have every had at a car dealership. Our next car, whether new or used, will come from McDavid Honda Frisco. Been buying Hondas for 11 years now, i have owned an 01 Accord, 03 Accord, 06 Accord, 07 Pilot, 09 Pilot, an my last adquisition was a 2013 Accord, every time I am ready to buy a new Honda i do check at le Accord, 03 Accord, 06 Accord, 07 Pilot, 09 Pilot, an my last adquisition was a 2013 Accord, every time I am ready to buy a new Honda i do check at least 3 dealerships and i always since 2004 end up at David McDavid in Frisco, they are always friendly, and are willing to work with you to get you the car you want, this time i close my deal with Mark Ladd and he was friendly and knowledgeable, he does have true customer service skills. Another thing is that they will always have plenty of cars in stock sou you can get any flavor you want. To close my review i just want to let you know that i live about 55 milles away from this dealership and i have 6 other Hondas dealers that are close to my location but no one can match their customer service, More

I was trying to decide between a Camry and an Accord. I had a firm quote from a toyota dealership that I was pretty happy with. Went to David McDavid to get a firm quote on for an accord. I was in the dealership for 90-120 minutes. Took a car for a test drive etc... I told them I wanted needed a firm all-in price(price of car & interest rate) to be able to compare with toyota offer. They kept asking what is a price I would that would guarantee me buying an accord. I must have been asked this 6 or 7 times. After responding "just give my your best price" the first number of times, I finally broke down and gave them an number, filled out the credit ap, and we agreed(at least I thought we agreed) they would give me a quote in less than 2 hours. Two hours later I got a call from the salesperson, asking why I never came back in, which I reminded him I was still waiting for a quote from them. He never gave me a quote and asked again what I needed to "get his business for sure". He was very vague on what the financing rate would be(not sure if they even ran the credit app yet). Two hours later I hadn't heard back from McDavid, so I gave the salesperson a call, left him a message asking for a quote and told him I needed to make a decision that day. I never heard back from them, so I purchased the camry in a very painless transaction. The funny thing is I would have paid slightly more for the Accord becuase my wife likes accords better, so they had a very real chance of getting my business, but since they never got a quote I purchased the Camry after essentially wasting 2 hours of day at McDavid. I had invested 2 hours of my day at this dealership, I think they could have given me a quote for the accord, but I guess this is too much to ask for this dealership. Never again will I return to this dealership. More
