Bye Far the best anywhere in Texas Julio Reyes has taken care of my cars and has given me the most excellent service and even explained everything that was getting done to the cars. I have 2 Civics, one two door and a four door 2014. If it were not for Julio I would have tried somewhere else for the new 2014 four door Civic. He took me to the best salesman and the deal was done. As long as Julio is there i will continue to have my cars taken care of by him. More

Before we bought the cars, we went to different dealers, but they didn't treat you like in David Mc David Honda in Frisco , all the people there is very nice, friendly and help you in everything you need for your car. The quality of service, the labor they do in your car is excellent, and also they have very competitive prices, I just bought tires and did the inspection on my car and they gave me a car to use while they were working on mine, that is great because you don't have to being waiting, even though if you have to wait for some reason they have all the accommodations to make you feel like home. I'm very glad to be with them. More

We shopped online and requested internet pricing from Honda de My mother and I purchased a Honda CR-V EX-L from Kenneth "KJ" Jones on September 19th. We shopped online and requested internet pricing from Honda dealers located in Round Rock, DFW area, Tyler, and Longview. We had a verbal offer from a dealer in Rockwall that appeared to be the best. I spoke with KJ from McDavid in Frisco and he was willing to match this offer, but was clear that other dealers are well known for offering customers a great verbal offer over the phone only to hit them with surprises when they come in to do the deal. KJ told us he would honor his price even if we went somewhere else first and the deal didn't turn out to be what was expected. Since we were driving in from near Tyler, the Rockwall dealer was about 30 minutes closer so we decided to try there first. We got there and spent about an hour and a half going through the purchase process only to be hit with an added $830 destination charge at the very end. This was after walking through all the line items costs over the phone to reach an expected final sales price with TT&L. At this point, we walked out and drove straight over to McDavid of Frisco and did the exact deal we expected. This was a Friday evening and KJ had already left to go home. He turned around and came back up there to meet us and ended staying up there until after 10 pm. He was able to turn a very frustrating evening and experience into one that was very positive. We were quite thankful. More
What a nightmare!!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! We sold our truck to them on a friday....they told us they would overnight the check to the lean holder Monda NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! We sold our truck to them on a friday....they told us they would overnight the check to the lean holder Monday no later. We called Monday afternoon to check on the status...we were ASSURED it was sent and all documents needed were in the package and it would be delivered no later then Tuesday night. So we called the lean holder Wednesday morning and...NOTHING! So we call david mcdavid back and they swore it was sent!!! We checked on it Thursday...still wasn't there...so we called david mcdavid back and after being hung up on and put on hold a million times we finally got to someone who told us it had never even been sent!!! So they finally send it....it gets to the lean holder....8 days LATE! And they sent the wrong amount!!!! So the lean holder had to get them to send yet ANOTHER CHECK!!! All this time we are Without a car and asked david mcdavid if they would be kind enough to rent us a car or let us use one of there loaner cars since it was there fault they dropped the ball for 8 days AND lied to us for a week saying it was sent. They REFUSED! We are STILL waiting for the second check to be delivered!!! Still without a car and no idea when This nightmare will be over!!! We will never be doing business with these people again. More
5 months later...and nothing I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in April. The process of the purchase itself went fine. I had reached an agreement with the sales team at the time of purchase that I would leave two separate checks for the down payment since it was the end of the month. One check for one month, the second for the next when I received another paycheck. It had been agreed that the second would not be cashed until the 1st. Well what happens the very following day? I see an overdraft of thousands of dollars on my account since they went against their word and cashed it a week early. I called Andre and Aldee easily 10 times in the following weeks and all they could say is that they would call me when the issue was resolved. It is August and neither had the dignity to ever return my calls to fix their mistake. More

It took the salesman, Richard a good 45 minutes to locate the vehicle. It was totally trashed and I refused to get in it because of the condition of the car. I was astonished that they had advertised the car for sale for about 2 weeks and it still wasn't cleaned up and in showing condition. We liked the car so we put a down payment to hold it with the understand it had to be cleaned up and repaired before we would take possession. We were paying cash. They made us wait another hour or so to see the "credit guy" before we could leave. We kept telling them we were just paying cash. It was closing time and we were ready to go. When we finally spoke to the "credit guy" he was clueless why we were in his office. We kept trying to explain that we were just putting down some money to hold the car and would be back the next week to test drive it and determine if we were going to buy the car. We had to fill out a ton of paperwork even though we kept telling him we were paying cash. He then wanted our car and we told him no we were not leaving our car because we were not taking possession of their car that day. They guy was truly clueless. When we returned the next week to see the car it was cleaned up and we took a test drive. We discovered that the auto door locks didn't work so we requested they fix that before we would purchase the car. They agreed and we had to make another trip (the 3rd one) to the dealership to purchase the car. The locks were fixed and we wrote our check. We had to see the "credit guy" again and once again he was clueless as to what was going on. We had to re explain everything and I still don't think he understood. He took our check and was going to get the temporary license plates for the car so we could leave. We waited, and waited, and waited and then I noticed he was in the Managers office shooting-the-bull with the other salesmen in there. We found our salesman and told him what was going on and he had to go get the credit guy to give us the license plates. We had been there a good 2 hours waiting. We left with our car and got about 10 miles down the highway when we noticed the cruise button didn't work. They also never gave us the 2nd set of keys to the car. The salesman, Richard, promised us that if they couldn't find the 2nd set of keys that they would provide us with another set. We still haven't received that set of keys. Richard also told us that they would update the navigation system. That didn't happen either. All in all this was a terrible car buying experience and I will never go back to David McDavid Honda again. I will also advise my friends to stay away especially from the Used Car department. By contrast, several years ago we bought a new CRV from them and the experience was very good and positive. They need to totally clean house in the Used Car department and hire competent people that really do their jobs. More
