My New 2015 Honda CRV Experience ( After one month) Really you want to know the experience! For first 2 days it feels wonderful. From Day 3rd car is vibrating like a message chair on stop light. And Dealer or Honda doesn't have any solution! So, go and spend your $25+ on some other SUV which don’t make you feel worried every time you drive your brand new car. Honda Dealer and America Honda are aware of this issue. Just Google for the issue and you will know. My brand new 2015 Honda – CRV is vibrating like a message chair on stop light (Ideal). And for my issue General Manager (Miss. Sonia) is not answering my email.it seems they are not considering me a good customer but how can I forget that I spent $25k+ on the car which is just a headache to drive and get it fixed. I hope this is not the case with all other customer here. Also dealership just want to show you five star rating because they have control to delete other post from their site and even on face book page. I had post comment on their face book site but they have already take it out my post from their sites. Dealership don't want to let the other customer know the reality. More

During the past several weeks of November and December 2014, we visited many dealerships in the DFW Metroplex and came across many different management styles, car salesmen and a large variation of customer service. However, we truly felt that your dealership stood apart from the rest largely due to the professionalism, patience, knowledge, and respectfulness that were demonstrated by Mr. Kenneth Jones. Mr. Kenneth Jones: What stood out most about KJ was his genuineness as a person. He did not have that hardcore sales guy approach that we highly disregard and dislike. We appreciated his sincerity, his sense of humor, and his friendliness throughout our interaction with him. He warmly greeted us, he patiently walked the entire car lot with us, he gave us his honest opinion when asked. We never felt pressurized, obligated or rushed by him to make a purchase decision. He demonstrated an amazing level of salesmanship with his patience and diligence. Ms Li Shao: What was most admirable about Li Shao was her ability to deal with us in a very respectful and transparent manner. Her knowledge of "working the numbers" was outstanding and her skills were impressive. Never once did we feel offended or insulted by her explanations or offers. She was sharp, attentive and very structured in her approach. It was notable that Ms. Li Shao was more focused on creating a customer relationship and experience, rather than making a sale. We truly appreciated her fair approach. It is without a doubt that your entire team is an absolute asset to your organization. The value that they ensure a customer feels is of an international standard and simply phenomenal. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure working with your team and we will definitely recommend David McDavid Frisco to our friends and family. More

David Yi & Adam were superb during the deal that they offer me over phone & visit for 2014 Accord. No surprise here about the price that I had faced in other dealership. Extra effort My car was in for service and while there I asked Julio if they could replace the McDavid license plate frame as it was broken and the plate a bit cru My car was in for service and while there I asked Julio if they could replace the McDavid license plate frame as it was broken and the plate a bit crumpled. I picked up the vehicle late, and it was getting dark, but Julio walked out to show me where my car was parked. He noticed that the plate frame was replaced but the plate still a bit crumpled. As late as it was, he ran back in and proceeded to remove the plate, pound it out to flatten it and replaced it to make it look right. That extra effort, that attention to detail really impressed me and furthered my confidence in the dealership, their people and they dedication to service. Nice job Julio, thank you. More
AVOID unless you have your own financing lined up elsewhere VERY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. Seems you can't qualify for .9% interest rate they advertise UNLESS YOU PURCHASE THE EXPENSIVE EXTENDED WARRANTY. My dau VERY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. Seems you can't qualify for .9% interest rate they advertise UNLESS YOU PURCHASE THE EXPENSIVE EXTENDED WARRANTY. My daughter purchased a vehicle from them and received a fair deal on the purchase price. But in the finance office (on her birthday) they browbeat her until 10 at night and told her she would not qualify for the .9% grad rate UNLESS she purchased the $3,000 extended warranty AND the deal was only good that night. I told her to walk away and I spoke with someone else the next day. I compromised with them and agreed to the useless $1,500 warranty in order for her to obtain the grad rate that was advertised. Nowhere did it say in the terms that she would not qualify unless she purchased the extended warranty. Now they are calling her because they say the lienholder has questions about the Grad Program she registered for???? She provided them with everything they asked for when she purchased the vehicle 2 weeks ago. Honda Financing gives free reign to their dealerships to add whatever ambiguous reasons they want for why someone will not qualify for the advertised rate. When I purchased my Honda (with exceptional credit) at another dealership 3 years ago I was told that I didn't qualify for that rate unless I paid sticker price. They all just make things up as they go. I've also been trying to work a deal on the financing for my daughter's fiancé on an identical vehicle. He has poor credit but has a good job making excellent money now. I am willing to co-sign for him. I have exceptional credit. We have been getting the run around for 2 1/2 weeks now on this deal. Poor communication. They won't let me co-sign as a guarantor of the loan. They insist that I sign as the co-buyer. It is not enough for them that I will guarantee payment. We make a deal and then they send the wrong paperwork. They keep saying they will change it but I have yet to receive it. I am trading in another vehicle on the deal and live in another state so I realize that there are extenuating circumstances that may take a little longer than usual to process. However, they were very quick to overnight incorrect paperwork to me last week. I have reached the saturation point with this particular dealership. No one returns calls or emails in a timely fashion. A+ to the salesman for giving them a great deal. F- to the finance department and overall management team who don’t seem to care. More
