Things started off bad when the fleet manager assured me on the phone that they had every color car in stock - and then didn't have the color we wanted once we got there 2 hrs. later. I use AAA to avoid playing games with car dealerships -and was disappointed with this dealership after they tried pulling a dog & pony show on us on regarding the financing, then "somehow" managed to get us the lower interest rate we were initially promised when we said we were leaving. Once we chose our car, we were held hostage while tried selling us expensive add-ons we didn't need or want. Like others have commented here, the more times we said, "No" the lower the price went. They kept handing us over to different employees. Extremely annoying. It took us 3 hours to get out of there! Post purchase they called me so many times wanting to know if I was satisfied that I finally had to tell the lady to STOP calling or emailing me! On a positive note, the employees are extremely friendly and they do have a large selection of cars. More

Joe Nagy is super friendly, very accommodating. He is also an automobile salesman, and he was out to make a sale. The car we were interested in was, of course, all of a sudden very popular. Every time we visited a dealer, the car we were checking out was being looked at by a number of other people. Front-end shimmy never was completely fixed. I know the problem is a tire, and a new tire will fix it. I just haven't sprung for a new tire yet. The finance guy was the pushiest. We were paying cash for the car, so his role in the process was minimal, but he was leaning on me pretty hard to buy an extended warranty. The more times I said "No," the lower the price went. If you go to this dealer, stiff-arm them on their first four or five extended warranty offers. More

Chris Marchant was our outstanding salesman. Friendly and a super guy to work with which means we will buy our next car from him as well. His follow up durning and after the sale was the best. I am so thankful a reputable Honda dealer is only a short drive from Frisco ! More

I recently bought a new vehicle from David McDavid and this was one of the best car buying experiences I've been involved with. My father owned a car dealership in the past so I know some of the "games" s this was one of the best car buying experiences I've been involved with. I've had a Honda Civic for 10+ years --Honda makes an incredible vehicle! This year, I've considered replacing the vehicle due to mileage and considering we're at the model-year-end (good deals). I submitted for a quote online --they didn't ever send me any price, not even a price range. I had to pursue the salespeople to make an appointment --they weren't following up with me. When I got there, they didn't have any more 2010's in stock, but said that they would try to find me one. When I went in to test drive, they only had 2011 and tried to sell me that instead. Because I wasn't going to purchase a car that day, they still wouldn't give me a price --not even a price range! Finally, the manager came out, and he proceeded to tell me that there weren't any 2010's available in a 5 state radius?! However, I test drove a 2010 just the previous week in McKinney, so I know he was lying!!! I mentioned this and neither of them apologized for their error (because it was a lie). Since then, nobody has followed up with me since my visit --not either of them?! Car salesman already have a bad reputation and if the sales manager is encouraging untruths, he's just furthering that reputation. I would never return to this dealer --not if you paid me! More
