Great experience from beginning to end. Sam was "johnny on the spot" with a warm greeting and friendly help. Within a few minutes he pointed out features and prices of the (3) cars I was looking at and took me for a test drive on the one I choose. From there, it was a deal in the making. We purchased certified used and got an "exceptional" and I mean "exceptional" warrant at an outstanding price. Oh, the price of the car and the amount given on our trade in was great too (smile).
