The finance department keeps giving me the runaround because they forgot to include forms to sign, making me feel desperate. They didn't give me the sales contract papers and now they're calling me again.

The salesman was very polite about fixing the parking brake, giving them time to deliver the 2016 Toyota Sienna ready, but not saying that the workshop had already done it, even though it wasn't broken.

I spoke with a General Sales manager 12/22/2025. We reached an agreement of 3 free oil changes. He was going to have his finance guy develop a document to that effect. I have received no document and no phone call.
