They were consistently respectful, a pleasure to interact with, and helpful every step of the way. The finance team was professional and explained the lease terms clearly, and the number ended up where I expected. The process did take longer than it should have, and I'm still in the middle of resolving a trade-equity refund detail (a month later), but everyone in that department has stayed polite, patient, and mostly responsive. Overall, the dealership treated me well, and I left happy with the car and deal. As long as this last item gets properly sorted, I'd be thrilled to make David McDavid my go-to for vehicle purchases. I has an outstanding experience at the service center thanks to my advisor Isaiah. I came in to get a oil change, tune up, tire rotation, and transmission flush. Isaiah is patient, listens, very respectf thanks to my advisor Isaiah. I came in to get a oil change, tune up, tire rotation, and transmission flush. Isaiah is patient, listens, very respectful, and does not try to domain like he knows more than a woman. He kept me updated throughout the process and since my car was in the shop for a day, I was given a loaner. Honda rarely gives a loaner. He clearly explained what repairs were needed at the moment and the ones that could wait. He also give me an estimated price for the work and give me my military discount as well as find loopholes to lower my repair cost even though it still was high as heck but 'Navy' (name of my car) needed the works. He has never pressured me into unnecessary repairs or pressured me to complete a Google review or to complete the survey unlike the other service advisors that I have had at this location in the past. I highly recommend asking for Isaiah and Hinda/Asbury need to find a way to keep him since his honest, excellent communication, and professionalism made the entire visit stress-free even though it will take a month or so to recover financially from the repairs.
