There are more than just a handful of Honda dealers withing a 50 miles radius from where I live. I did my homework thoroughly and asked all dealers the same questions. The worst experience I ever had. Gordon is a big liar and John is no better. Even Gordon's manager stuck by him. They play games and I would say buyer aware. My husband and I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Honda from this dealership. For the salesman this purchase was very easy, my husband I already new they exact we wanted and already had financing. A Honda from this dealership. After we purchased the vehicle we were unable to receive any service or help unless my husband showed up at the dealership. I purchased a certified car and only 3 weeks later I am having brake or rotary issues and there are 2 lights that are coming on to indicate there is a problem. When reaching out to the dealership for assistance, they stated they do not provide loaner cars and the shuttle has a 5 person minimum to provide to us while my car is being worked on. My husband and I purchased a pre-owned car from Texas Direct and received exceptional service. I should have taken my business there. I will not recommend David McDavid Irving to anyone, nor will I go back. There service is horrible. Once the sale is done they are done with you. Very Unsatisfied, Morgan More

I gave a great rating because as soon as I walked in I was received with a great and positive attitude. Terry held the door open for my sister, father, and myself. He went straight to businness after introducing himself and shaking hands with us. I had been to three dealerships prior to coming to Honda. He asked me what I wanted and with what features. He took a quick look at his inventory and gave a me a list to choose from. I really liked that he gave me options to choose from and did not just tell me about 1 or 2 cars. He showed me the car, described the features, and went into detail about it. When I did not like something he would do his very best to try and change that. When we went for a test drive he showed me EVERYTHING the car had to offer. Unlike the other dealerships, he actually drove the car to show me the different things it was capable of and then he let me test it out. The price of my 2013 was negotiable which I really liked. I told him what I wanted to pay a month, how much I wanted to pay in total, and how much I was willing to put down and he made it happen! It was an amazing and very 3 hour "worth-it" experience. :) More
I went looking for a 2012 Honda Pilot, this dealership had a black Touring model but it had a dent on the fog light on the passenger side. I addressed this issue with the salesman and I was told that it had a black Touring model but it had a dent on the fog light on the passenger side. I addressed this issue with the salesman and I was told that it would be fixed to the best of their ability well I didn't think that the best of their ability would be to pull the dent out and have a gap between the bottom bumper. They tried to go the cheap way out and have a shade tree dent person fix it and it was not to my liking, after 3 visits to fix the issue they finally chose to take the vehicle to their body shop where they painted the passenger side of the front bumper and there was a glossy finish but the driver side bumper was dull. The gap still was not fixed, so I left the vehicle. If you're looking to puchase a vehicle from this dealership you better look it over very closly so that you wont get screwed over. This dealership was very unprofessional and customer satisfaction is not important the all mighty dollar is. More
