First of all they won't tell us the final price for the honda accord. It almost felt like he wanted us to price honda as high as possible. When we made the offer they said we are close to there price and even after increasing price by $2000, they won't tell us the price. Only thing they will say is, you are close but we can't do the deal at that price. We ended up leaving the dealership and decided not to buy Honda at all.......DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More
I recently bought my Odyssey with these guys. Excellent service selling the vehicle and taking my money. As part of this selling, I was sold a care package by Brandy. After I paid nearly $1000 dollars for service selling the vehicle and taking my money. As part of this selling, I was sold a care package by Brandy. After I paid nearly $1000 dollars for this warranty, I did not receive the supplies even after more than 2 months as part of this warranty. I left at least 3 voice mails over a period of 3 weeks for Brandy but she did not return my calls. So, I went to this dealers website and sent in my question about the warranty and Voila, I got a response from Brandy. However, I asked a question in my email and she is back to not answering. If this is the kind of response we get for basic service, I am not sure what kind of service these guys will provide for a true claim. Beware of these guys and think long and hard before you spend your money here! More

Prices quoted are not the prices charged, even taking into account so-called discounts. Bill is indecipherable and the customer service rep's explanation of it only made matters worse. This is not the first time we have been subjected to this ordeal. Never had these issues with any other dealerships where we have purchased cars. Never coming back to this dealership for anything. I got my 2013 Honda Accord Coupe from David Mcdavid Honda in Irving on May 31, 2013 and had a fantastic experience. I communicated with a salesman (John) through emails before I actually drove up there and told him the price I wanted to pay for the vehicle. After exchanging a few emails, he gave me the price I was looking for and the next morning I drove to the dealership and the car was waiting for me in the front and John had everything ready for me to sign, I didnt even have to deal with the managers because he already got the price approved with them when we were emailing. So when I got there, I just signed the paperwork, John showed me some cool features on the car and I was out of there! This was a no hassle transaction and will most definitely recommend this dealership/salesman to friends and family. More

My experience was not pleasant. Mr. Patel would not state unequivocally the price of the car until I filled out the finance form -- which was not necessary because I was paying cash. I received very little in the way of instruction for use of the "features" of the car. I had the distinct perception that, because I balked at filling out the finance form, he--and the rest of the staff--considered me a nuisance even though I wrote them a check for $18,000. IT IS NOW SIX MONTHS LATER, AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE LICENSE PLATES FOR MY CAR. More
