March 2025 I recently bought a dealer demo 2024 Ridgeline trail sport as advertise per Honda, Trail sports come with skid plate as a standard part to protect engine during off-road driving. After purchase assuming my truck came with one I found that it didn’t have my skid plate installed so I drove to dealer and was told that the build sheet did not include the ski plate I’m very disappointed assuming what is published on Honda website that skid plate is a standard part but wasn’t included during purchase. I’m very disappointed I don’t recommend this dealer not sure what other parts they didn’t include on my trail sport truck that are so called standard parts. More
