Came into the dealership with an idea that the capitalized cost of a lease would be the one mentioned in emails sent from the dealer. The dealer also said there would be an additional $1000 off that day which made me come into the dealer. Negotiations were going nowhere since they wanted more than what I thought was fair given the cap cost of almost under 5000 under sticker and an additional 1000 that was mentioned. I then said no thanks to their offer and got up and started to leave. That's when the manager Mr quadlander started to chase me outside calling me a coward and that I don't need to go anywhere but go back inside and buy the car. He then tells me that I need to be a man of my words and blocks me from trying to open my car door. Once I started to leave he started to throw out numbers close to what I was asking for but I gave him an opportunity while I was inside the dealership and at that time wanted me to pay 40-50 more a month. He then blocks me from closing my car door and demands me to apologize to him and his staff for wasting their time. I have never seen anyone in sales demand their customer to apologize to them and try to bully someone into buying a car. Stay away from this dealership. More

I just recently leased an Accord with them, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. You can't go wrong with this place. Ask for Mayur Patel. He will take good care of you. More
Beware! This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had with a car dealership of any kind. These people only care about your money. They do not care about having satisfied customers. I learned this the hard way. Let me tell you what happened. My car was totaled, and I had to get a new one. I wanted an exact replacement of what I had, so I went to my local dealer to see if they could get it for me. The only place that had it was David McDavid Honda of Irving. So, they requested a dealer trade, which in all other circumstances takes 24-48 hours to get the car. 3 days later, I call to check on the order. Irving would not answer the phone, and my dealer had been calling every hour on the hour. (Note here: I should have seen the red flag when the GM of my dealership said "good luck trying to reach them") Desperate times call for desperate measures, so I call Irving myself. 15 minutes later, I have a deposit on the car and have agreed to pick the car up the next day because they refuse to do a dealer trade. Sure, that's not so bad. I'm not done. When I get there, we run through the paperwork, get the loan sorted out based on what we had discussed, etc. etc. Being a bit new to the car-buying process, I assumed what they had discussed with me was what they were putting in the loan, therefore I didn't read it closely. Here are some of the things that they did. 1. I specifically said "I want NO added warranties on the car...only GAP insurance". I get home, and I have over $4,000 worth of extras. Thankfully, I was able to cancel them a week later when I FINALLY got someone on the phone. 2. Charged me 8.9% new car tax rate, when the tax rate for Oklahoma (where I am a resident) is only 3.25%. Luckily, the tag agency is going to send me a check for the difference, which is over $1,000. 3. They charged me for over $4,000 worth of accessories on the car. These are in no way listed on my loan or itemized, and to this day, nobody at that dealership will provide me an itemized receipt for this. I was finally able to get someone to give me a straight answer, only to find out that they mark up their accessories almost double what you can purchase them for on the Honda eStore. Here are a couple of examples. For their "pro pack", which includes the splash guard set and the trunk tray, they charged me $799. On the Honda eStore, the trunk tray is $160.61, and the splash guard set is $188.34. Keep in mind that these include installation. For door edge guards, they charged me $399, when online they are listed at $162.54, also including installation. All in all, since I signed the loan, there's nothing that I can do, but these people are SERIOUSLY dishonest. I will NEVER do business with them again, and I strongly suggest that you don't either. More

After the final number was agreed on plus TTL we decided to make the purchased. Thats when our experience went from OK to not OK. The finance guy GREG right off the bat was very condescending. He tried to tell us that the price we agreed on didnt include TTL and our payment will be higher. The paper work that was in front of us cleary showed the price included TTL. After i called him out on it he tried to say that if we didnt purchase warranty and extra stuff our rate will INCREASED to 2% . Overall, everything in the in is about sales. Just don't Lie to the buyers face so you can put more more in your pocket. More
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SERVICE & PARTS DEPT!!! I dropped my car off on Wednesday 6/18/14 to have it looked at due to a rattling noise. The gentleman that assisted me was Darrell, the evaluation of I dropped my car off on Wednesday 6/18/14 to have it looked at due to a rattling noise. The gentleman that assisted me was Darrell, the evaluation of my car was a bent sub-frame and damaged coolant reservoir. Once I went to pick up my car instead of offering to replace the coolant reservoir to help my situation, I was told Honda service couldn't do anything for me, that I would need to take it to a body shop to have everything fixed. I took their advice and took it to a body shop the next day, where I was informed that Honda could of at LEAST replaced the reservoir or offered to order and fix it. I called Honda Parts department to see if the reservoir was available for purchase and spoke with Chris which assured me it was available and I can come by and pick up at lunch. I called to verify before going to Honda and spoke with Steve he then told me the part was NOT AVAILABLE. Steve ordered the part for me and said it would be available the next day which is Friday 6/20/2014 and would follow up with me and yet I have not heard anything back. I called to see if the part was in and was put on hold for 8 minutes! At this point I have ZERO confidence this location is able to help with anything in the future, going forward I will find another Honda dealership that will be able to provide me the customer service that I need. More

There is a good reason they have been around for 70 years Bottom line is: I would reccomend anyone to buy your Honda here. My wife and I went in to test drive the Honda Accord EX-L on a Saturday evening. She Bottom line is: I would reccomend anyone to buy your Honda here. My wife and I went in to test drive the Honda Accord EX-L on a Saturday evening. She had done a lot of research online and thought the Accord was the best car for her. We went to confirm her choice. Mousa Mansour met us in the lot as we browsed the Accords. He was highly knowledgeable about each of the various features on the car. The Accord is packed with everything you would expect from a top line luxury car in 2014, but half the price. My grandfather just bought a Lexus and all I kept thinking as we toured the Accord was he could have saved $40,000 and bought the Accord! I took a 'back seat ' approach to the demo. I wanted to see how Mousa handled my wife/ the sale. He was patient and soft spoken. He never pushed and was very helpful in guiding her through all of the settings and features. This was a very good start and I was quite relieved to not have a typical 'salesguy' experience. Mousa is one of the good guys for sure. His manager, Michael Sawin, and Mousa very quickly came back with their best price. That was another welcome change from past car purchases. We are talking well below sticker price and I was certainly walking in expecting that there was no way we were getting below sticker on a Honda! Michael's genuine, "what can we do to make you a happy customer", attitude and his actions set me at ease and made me want to do business with David McDavid. My wife really wanted the gray (Modern Steel) color with black interior and they did not have that combo. They offered an even better deal to take one off the lot that day, but we decided to hold out for her favorite color. They told us they would find her match and have it by the next business day (closed Sunday). We got the call Monday morning that the car would be ready at 6pm. This was a nice surprise because an online search had showed us that no such Accord was in the DFW area. We showed up and the car was ready and only had 50 miles on it which was outstanding. We got a brand new car exactly as she wanted it, hand delivered and under sticker. I mention Ronnie Meyer, who is an upper manager there, because we had a complication, that we caused ourselves, related to the paperwork phase of the sale, but he made sure that everything got resolved 100% in our favor and that we continued to have an excellent customer service experience. Until this sale, we have never walked away from a car purchase feeling like we could trust the dealer and that they actually cared about us as a customer. All of the folks at David McDavid contributed to a new experience for us. We are so glad we ended up doing business with them and will certainly continue to in the future. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot. More

He even had the nerve to say that if I found a dealer that would sell me a 2014 Honda Civic EX for the price I wanted, He would give me $2000 because that was not going to happen. I told him to write it down and sign it because I would find such a dealer, but he said he would not and that he was a man of his words. Well, I found a dealer who would lease me the car for the price I want but I'm sure if I called him out on it, because he is so arrogant, he'd deny it. He was plain arrogant and spoilt my experience there. I mention over that I didn't need a car because I have one which works perfectly well, but was getting one so I could give my current car to a friend who needs car. Scott was professional but that sales manager was just so arrogant, as if he was doing me a favor. I wish I could remember his name but he was so ARROGANT, I am glad I don't. Very disappointed. Highly disappointed. Don't go there. Take your money eleswhere. More
Awesome experience!! I was in the market for a new vehicle and went to a few other dealerships. Then did some research on best vehicles, found through US News the CRV had I was in the market for a new vehicle and went to a few other dealerships. Then did some research on best vehicles, found through US News the CRV had a high rank verses the other vehicles I was looking at. I decided to go to David McDavid in Irving to look and test drive the 2014 CRV. When I arrived I met with Majur who introduced me to Anjel. I test drove the 2014 CRV then my mind was made up I feel in love with the CRV. I haven't owned a Honda before, With Anjel's knowledge and assistance I was sold. Not many dealerships actually take the time to speak with you in reference to your interest or go over some of the equipment the vehicle has. Everyone that I came into contact with there was great!! I am very happy with my choice!! Loving my New 2014 CRV!! More
