Never had a better salesman in BOE Boe Bosillio and Greg Jordan were two of the greatest people I have every worked with at any dealership. I have purchased 17 new vehicles including a Boe Bosillio and Greg Jordan were two of the greatest people I have every worked with at any dealership. I have purchased 17 new vehicles including a 2015 Ford Escape last week and I am thus very familiar with the new car buying experience, which can be very taxing and often disappointing. But these two guys were the best ever at taking care of me. Boe, a used car salesman that I had first approached when considering a used Honda Pilot, made sure that I had got the best new car deal possible including my trade, when the year end dealer cash bonus and .9% financing made buying a new 2015 Pilot EX-L a smarter decision. Greg worked the computer to override built-in Texas fees and tax computation methods to adjust for titling the vehicle in Oklahoma.. Both gentlemen were very caring and considerate and handled all my questions and concerns honestly and made me feel that they were my advocates. More

Baha Mahmoud is the best! He took wonderful care of me and my wife and my son. I purchased another Honda Accord 2004 & Toyota Camry 2008 this fall from David McDavid. I worked with Baha and his team and they made the purchase process quick and easy. I was in and out with my new car in just a few hours and so the rest of my family ! And proving he's the best ever, Baha took me on a second test drive with my new Camry 2008 to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I couldn't ask for more than that! Baha Mahmoud is the best. Nice sales guy Buying a car is never a great fun experience, but Terry Barden was our sales person that we dealt with the most and he seemed to be really down to ear Buying a car is never a great fun experience, but Terry Barden was our sales person that we dealt with the most and he seemed to be really down to earth and help us not lose our mind throughout the process. There is the normal, talk to manager stuff that goes on at every dealership and negotiations that you can expect, but Terry really was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend going in and asking for him. He stayed past closing time to help and offered to stay later to show us the features of the car, but we were so tired since we had gotten there many hours before to go through the process. Terry was willing to do what it took to close the deal with us, he continued to say this is not worth losing a deal over, I'll work with you. More

Outstanding New Vehicle Customer Service Department! We wanted to trade in our 2012 Honda Pilot on a new 2015 model. We took our vehicle to Car MAX and received an offer to purchase it. We then went to D We wanted to trade in our 2012 Honda Pilot on a new 2015 model. We took our vehicle to Car MAX and received an offer to purchase it. We then went to David McDavid Honda in Irving as it is the biggest dealer in our local area, to see what it had to offer. Upon walking through the door into the sales room, we saw Mr. Michael Sawin, Sales Manager, told him what we wanted. He and Mr. Terry Barden worked with us and showed us exactly what we wanted. Mr. Sawin worked a deal that gave us more equity for our vehicle than we would have gotten through selling it to Car MAX. We drove the new Pilot just to ensure it was as we expected.. Mr. Sawin showed us the final price, we shook hands, Terry got the paperwork completed and we then went through the process to finalize the lease. The hardest part of it all, as usual, is going through Finance and getting all the paperwork finalized. All said and done, we got the new Honda Pilot we wanted at an exceptionally good price without the usual haggling at most dealerships. David McDavid has great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable employees and they did what they said they would do. David McDavid definitely earned our business and trust! More
