Best car buying experience to date! I live in Austin and had been searching for a lightly used Honda Pilot for some time. I found one that I was interested in on the David McDavid websit I live in Austin and had been searching for a lightly used Honda Pilot for some time. I found one that I was interested in on the David McDavid website. I sent in an inquiry and heard from Felix shortly after. After about an hour of back and forth phone calls we had reached an agreement on price and trade in. THEN Felix so graciously offered to drive the Pilot from Irving to me in Austin ON HIS DAY OFF! He met me in Austin a few days later, it took about 10 min's to sign the paper work! Everyone I talked to on the phone at David McDavid was really nice and easy to work with. I definitely feel like I got VIP service! The BEST car buying experience I have ever had!! Much thanks to David McDavid Honda of Irving! More

I have shopped other dealerships thinking the experience would be the same but in each case it was not. I recently purchased a new 2015 Honda CRV from David McDavid Honda of Irving and could not be happier with the sales people, the finance people and my new CRV. My salesperson was Williamson Batteau, he asked me what I wanted and he listened, he heard me. He had several cars for me to look at and test drive, he even went out into the lot and brought them to the front door of the dealership for me because it was so cold and rainy. He helped me find just what I wanted. Ronnie Myers the New Car Manager saw to it I got the price I wanted and Danny Cody in finance got me the rates and terms I wanted. It really took a team to get me exactly what I wanted and I had an excellent team working for me and listening to me. I will come back here again. More

Great experience, solid team David McDavid did an excellent job in facilitating the purchase of my new 2015 Accord. Christian answered all our questions and was there every step of the way until we took delivery. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were 100% satisfied pre and post purchase. David Henry was excellent as well. He provided me real time updates on the status of my car as it was delivered to the dealership, got PDI, and received tint. He even provided pictures. We appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of David McDavid, making our car buying experience easy and to the point. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honest, straightforward pricing and good people. More
Customer Service is always spot on and their lobby is a plus I tend to bring my 2011 Honda Pilot in to the Honda Express Service Center for general maintenance, recalls, etc. If I strain to think on it, in arou I tend to bring my 2011 Honda Pilot in to the Honda Express Service Center for general maintenance, recalls, etc. If I strain to think on it, in around 6-10 visits overall I've probably had at least 90% positive experiences, which is remarkable considering no one enjoys getting there car serviced or more importantly, paying for it. Customer service is always helpful and will usually add their recommendations as notes on your receipt if you are wanting to handle the issue yourself at home (e.g. replacing your air filter). Sometimes the obligatory/free car wash is skipped, but they almost always let you know when this occurs and the reason why, such as weather. Regardless of there actually service and performance, I still think my favorite thing is the Express lobby. They recently added a free coffee machine - it has Espresso and several other espresso based drinks free of charge. The lobby also has free to use computers which can be hit or miss at times, but their appearance is still above par. Overall - I enjoy getting my car serviced here. I understand that dealerships tend to charge a little higher, but with that comes higher reliability and at this particular location at least, a great area to wait out your repair (or just use there shuttle service). More

Amazing Service!!!!!! I leased a 2014 Honda CR-V on December 24th, and it was damaged in my parking lot at work on January 26th. After being very upset with the damage to my vehicle, I called David McDavid to see what my options were. David Henry traded in my 2014 and replaced it with a 2015 CR-V. He made the process extremely easy and stress free. He was very empathetic towards my situation and professional. I would recommended the dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. More
