Sigh of Relief I was so frightened of purchasing a new car! I had not shopped for NEW since 1989 and the fear of going to a dealership and all the "hassle" involved I was so frightened of purchasing a new car! From the first phone call to make an appointment to the "here are your keys," the entire experience was WONDERFUL! Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. I am still in shock that I am driving a NEW Honda Civic and it was such an amazing experience. Start with James Steele - such a genuine caring man!
